It took a while before the princess got dressed up.
Like Blair, Helen had been astounded to see a large imprint on the princess's back, when they were in the pool, wanting to get the princess's body washed.
To her perplexity, the marks on the princess's neck had vanished like it wasn't present in the first place.
And Helen had questioned the princess about it but the princess didn't give a satisfying response.
It's alright if she had a nightmare, everyone does.
But how come it manifested on her back physically? Even after the nightmare had ended.
"Your highness, I guess it's time you visit Lady Agnes" Helen advised as she was worried for the princess.
Sighing, Blair responded, "I know, I'll meet with her today. Please ask the coachman to get the carriage ready, I'll be there once I'm through with breakfast" she explained.
"Yes, your highness" She bowed and left the room.
Blair glanced at Zephyr who was seated on the bed, his head tilted to the side. His right leg was outstretched and the other was bent, he placed his arm on it.
Sigh... Thank Goodness he was here with her. At least, seeing something so beautiful could make her happy.
When Blair woke up from the nightmare, she was surprised to find Zephyr standing near her bed, watching her. She didn't realize he was there until she lifted her head to find him by her side. She gasped and asked what he was doing but he just left her for the bathroom.
She decided not to ask him about it if he wasn't going to tell her.
"Let's go" She called out to him.
His eyebrow raised at her and threw his head to the other side. "Not interested" he grimaced.
"Eh?" Blair asked him, surprised by his outburst. Wasn't it a bodyguard's duty to be available 24/7 to provide their maximum service, but here he was, refusing her like the task wasn't for him.
"You have to be, I'll be providing your information, hmmm?" she raised her eyebrow at him, a smile forming on her lips when she saw him standing up slowly.
Zephyr strolled toward her, "Are you trying to manipulate me, princess?"
The sound of his deep voice compelled her to gaze into his gray eyes, She stared deeply into it, only to see her reflection. He closed the gap between them and grasped one of her locks.
Her green eyes narrowed to his long fingers, to see it fondling with her hair. She then glanced back at him when she heard him talking.
"And I hope you're getting it done already, once you have, inform me so I can get out of here... else..." he trailed off, bringing her hair to his nose to sniff it.
Blair felt the hair on her neck rise because of his menace. Why was he this strange? He was behaving like she was the one serving him when he was in fact, her bodyguard.
The scent of fresh Magnolia wafted into Zephyr's nose. He inhaled it deeply with his eye closed. He instantly felt peculiar.
He subconsciously closed the gap between them, leaving in-between them, no space at all.
"E..lse?" Blair managed to ask him, causing him to snap his eyes open and take a large step back.
Zephyr turned to the direction of the door, "Let's get going, princess" He told her and exited the room before she did.
Blair narrowed her eyes at his retreating back, she had felt weird in herself the moment he approached her.
She felt... safe when she was closer to him and, it was similar to the feelings that wolf gave her in her nightmare. The feelings she felt when she was in his embrace were inexplicable.
Shrugging her shoulders, she strolled out of the room.
She went to the dining area, it was deserted. Seems like everyone had eaten and left the table. It was just her and her bodyguard.
Blair ate her food in silence and also ensured that her bodyguard ate before they went on the trip.
That would be quite lengthy.

The carriage crashed against a rock on its way to Lady Agnes's home. The princess once again bounced in her seat.
"Could you please be more careful?" she asked the coachman.
She was tired of plunging her fragile self into the man seated in front of her.
Zephyr had remained calm and composed, still in his seat as though the bumps had done nothing to him.
While Blair had been rushing into his arms ever since. She would then sit on her seat in haste and gently use her hands to tuck her hair behind her ear.
She looked out the window, not wanting to see her bodyguard.
This little trip couldn't get any worse!
Blair needed to admit that she hated the smirks that grew on his lips every moment that she landed into his arms, while he had never come closer to her. Not even once.
"Do you need magnets, princess?" He inquired, his head tilted to the side.
Confused, she questioned. "For what?"
"Your butts" He responded.
Blair's lips parted open and her cheeks started to turn a shade of red, "Why would I need magnets?" she questioned further, throwing her face to the side of the window to avoid goggling at him.
"For your butts to be glued to the seat" He responded, unfazed by her reactions.
"You... Don't tell me you wear magnetic pants" she frowned at him.
The corner of his lips curled up into a mocking smile, "I don't need them but you do"
"I don't nee-" Blair was about to retort when the carriage bumped again, like every other time, she was thrown into Zephyr. But the latter had out-stretched his arms to push her back.
"Alright, I do" she mused inwardly, for only her to hear her statement but he caught a whiff of it and his smirks grew.
Blair wanted to smack his lips.
