Morning came and I felt the presence of my mother gone. I'm in a world without her ,without her to guide me through this choice of marriage. Why must a girl choose such a thing?

The funeral for my mom was quick ,me and my siblings did see our mother. They question why did she have to die ? Even though our father said she was killed ,that he was to late to save her. I want to know the true story ,he's hiding something. Maybe this journal my mom left me would tell me.

With Alexster at the funeral

Alexster: To think Wilbert would fail her miserably.

He was suppose to go first.

Drew : To think I'm be here of all places.

Kerem : Out of respect we must ,father looks rather angry.

Alleyson : I must go and see ,Kaine aren't you Drew ?

Drew : I'm set to meet her soon. I could get a few points.( sees Kaine at a distance) No I can't ,she would see through me.

Kerem: Only if you let her, go on Drew...

Alleyson: I will greet and say my condolences too.( walks with Drew towards Kaine).

Drew : ( sees a boy arrive with flowers) Why is "He "here. Kaine I know this is a sad and bad timing -

Alleyson: ( hugs Kaine) Don't be so sad ... ( let's go of her ).

Kaine : Thank you both ,I don't know how to feel ...so much has been revealed too me.

Drew : Revealed ? such as ?

Kaine: Well what I am , such as my family roots and it's just a big blurr.I can't tell you two it's a family secret. I'm sorry.

Drew : No ,it's not a problem every family has there secrets. ( hugs Kaine )

*In Drew's mind : She smells nice ,and soothing ...like her mother. She can't tell us in person ,but I know what she is.

Kaine* : You can let go now ...

Drew: ( snaps out of it ) I'm sorry ( looks around to see if Heiji saw them ) My mind wandered off.(lets go of Kaine )

Kaine : You can't just hug me like that...

Drew : Well I'm here for you. ( smiles) I will leave for now. ( walks away)

Kaine : They all leave me...

Drew: (stops) What did you say (turns around to face her.)Kaine ?!

Kaine : ( runs off )

Drew : KAINE??!

Wilbert: No let her go , she only runs away because she hides her tears.

Drew : Why did you stop me !! ( runs after her)

Wilbert : You will learn boy ...

At the courtyard with Kaine and Heiji

Heiji : Why hide your feelings when ,it's a day to express them.( gives her roses) For your mother ...

Kaine: Why are you here !!? (takes the bouquet of flowers and sits down.)

Heiji: I know this is not a good time to ask but...You don't feel a strange presence? (sits down next to her.)

Kaine : Should I be concerned?

Heiji : I think we should just go back ...your tears should be for your mom to express .

Kaine : Thank you ( stands up and leaves to go back inside.)

Wilbert: Kaine ,you came back ...please let me take those flowers to her.

Kaine : I will place them , thank you though.( walks to her mother's wooden casket)

Drew : Alleyson , stop looking around. Pay attention...

Kaine : Everyone thank you for being here!! I know my mother meant so much for so many people. Many of you loved her more than a friend ,or like a sibling,or lover. That's right I know...I know because she wrote so much about you all.

I wish you could tell your part of the story too.

Wilbert : ( quickly covers her mouth) Kaine I asked for sweet words not-

*Kaine moves aside his hand

Kaine : It's the truth, all I knew about her was that she was loved, loving. She never once told me anything!! She suddenly appears dead and you want me to accept the outcome?!

Wilbert : Enough* !!

Kaine : I need to go...( runs out the door)

Alexster: ( stands up) You mean to tell me Wilbert ...you kept your children in the dark ? They didn't know anything of what you are ?

Wilbert : No , I didn't tell them..it was also Annie's choice-

Alexster : I don't believe you! I should of killed you sooner if I knew she was going to die like this.

Orion you have anything to say to this failure of a man ?

Orion : I just wanted to ask ... did you see her at her final heartbeat? ( clenches fist and looks at Wilbert.)

Wilbert: I didn't see her final moments...no...

Orion: YOU BASTARD !! YOU LET HER DIE ALONE !? ( Stands up and chair falls.)

Celestina : Don't do this Orion !!

Orion : It's no wonder, I broke the promise ,you made me fail her.

Wilbert: I FAILED OKAY !! NO I WASN'T PROMISED TO HER!! WHEN SHE WAS SUICIDAL I SAVED HER !! WHERE YOU GUYS THERE!?

Silence-

Wilbert: YOU SAY I FAILED HER!? BUT LOOK AT YOURSELF!! YOU FAILED HER TO-

Orion: ( runs to him and chokes him) I DIDNT FAIL HER,I PROMISED HER THE BEST,NO EVEN BETTER THAN YOU ...BUT SHE PITY MARRIED YOU !!

Wilbert: (strain voice) I know ...that...don't say ...it ...here.

Celestina: ALL OF YOU STOP!! YOU ARE ALL HERE FOR ANNIE !! LOVE HER OR HATE HER. HAVE SOME RESPECT!!

( Orion stops choking Wilbert)

Celestina: This was meant to be a nice memorial of the life she had here. ( sniff) I found out she was really loved. I love that she considered my feelings over hers. I can't thank her enough , I wanted to thank her in person but not like this.

Kyrie : My mom would thank you for such kind words.

While two of my siblings now three are gone in this day. (sees Kaine come back )

Orion: I must apologize also...but I had to get the anger out of me.

Alexster: I will bid her farewell ,me and my family already saw her.Goodbye for now. (walks out with his family.)

***At the Mundi residence

Sorianna*** : What's on your mind ?( laying down next to Alexster)

Alexster: I just can't believe she is gone, all this time she tried her best to hide what she was , probably took it to her grave ,but now her children and their children will be spreading that blood around.

Sorianna : The vexed blood don't have anything on us.

Alexster: If Wilbert's daughter chooses Drew ,we must cleanse her. It's the only way I will accept her.

Sorianna:You want to clean her because of her blood ? You saw her she cries,gets angry ,she had human emotions.

Alexster : Only to trick those hunters, but I saw through her, she didn't notice until just resently ...her blood is strong. We must tell Drew , that he should really be careful with her around.

With Kaine and Wilbert at the b be

Wilbert slaps Kaine across her face .

Wilbert : Your behavior was the worst today ,why would you say such things !!??

Kaine : ( holds back tears)

Wilbert: ANSWER ME KAINE!! OR YOU COULD SAY GOODBYE TO THIS STUPID BOOK !!

Kaine : ( looks up at Wilbert) I...thought...you ...loved ...her... when I saw you two ...you were-

Wilbert :. ( Laughs out and throws the diary) Oh you didn't hear the promised fiance ?! It was pity love ,pity marriage ,pity life style. If you want to read her pity diary be my guest..

Kaine: No , I choose to believe my mother, the way you looked at each other, in the courtyard that was -

Wilbert: DONT SAY IT!!
