For The Kingdom

It started to rain and Heiji manage to make in time to the Mito House. Knocks at the door 4 times as he keeps himself covered by the canopy. Sally answers the door .

Sally : Heiji Fellini ...I thought I told Alice to tell the boy-

Heiji : Where is she ??

Sally: By all means enter she's ,oh wait you don't know where her room is.

Both go upstairs to Kaine's room and see Marialie in the hallway.

Marialie: It's all my fault ...my brother is...dead...I just saw him ...( tearing up) he's not moving.

Sally : Go in that room Heiji , you'll find Kaine ,let's go see dear . ( hugs Marialie)

Heiji: Wait her brother passed away??( enters Kaine's room and sees her in bed )

Kaine dreaming

*Annie : ( slaps Kaine across the face) IF YOU EVER RUN AWAY WITH THAT BOY AGAIN I WILL CUT YOUR LEGS!!!

Kaine : But the boy was to be chosen to be my beloved.

Annie : That boy is no good for you!!

*William: Did I just hear you hit her?

Annie: It's a basic move ,you write a letter to him and say no to him.

William: Don't ignore me!! She's clearly traumatized!!

Kaine looks at the floor then to William...her eyes watery by the hits from her mother . William extends his arms and holds her.

Annie: She's been on my last nerves ,never does what I say.

William: Kaine is very young, you can't just hit her, or I will tell-

*Annie: She need to learn her lesson.I will not have her be a spoiled little girl.

William: Still you shouldn't do that ,she will be in a violent trauma.

Annie tries to tear apart Kaine from his arms and pushes both of them off the balcony. They fall but William protecting Kaine. Hits harder on the landing.

William blood spills ,Kaine looks around.

William: This is not goodbye sis... don't worry, your brother will always be by your side.

Kaine: ( eyes water up) William wait don't leave me ... please don't leave me. Why save me ?

Kaine wakes up from her dream afraid and suddenly hugs Heiji .

Heiji hugs and holds her back, smelling her sweet scent of orchids in her hair.

Heiji: It's okay now ,you are safe ...from whatever it was you were dreaming .

Kaine : Is it okay if I hug you closer ? I'm so scared I -

Sally : Sorry to barge in - ( sees both of them hugging ).

I'll tell you when you two are ready. ( walks outside)

Heiji:Kaine I-

Kaine: Don't let me go * sniff" I just had a flashback.

Just when I just finished reading that entry on my mom's book.I'm scared ( trembling )

Heiji : ( In his head) A journal entry? What did she read she's trembling like a leaf.*looks at Kaine * Wait what happened?

Kaine : * falls asleep on Heiji arms *

Heiji lets Kaine rest and goes to see the journal entry.

***The unforgivable day

I found out that the boy ,Idris, wanted to escape with Kaine . I confronted Idris, and he told me it was because they didn't want to be forced to live such a life . Where you have to keep bearing children for the kingdom.

I couldn't bare to see the secret out, sent the guards to send him away. Far away from Kaine but it was to late .Kaine defended him. I asked the guards to take him away even by force and they did. For the first time I hit my daughter. William heard me and threatened me he'd tell Wilbert. I was afraid; I didn't want this at all.

So I tried to separate them, but in the process I pushed both of them down the balcony.

I saw as William held Kaine in his arms to protect her , cushioning her fall,he hit the floor badly and his blood started to flow. I'm a horrible mother to push them both. Kaine crying calling out his name.I stepped back from the scene . *Only to find Wilbert hand on top my head.

Wilbert: What are you doing? Those are our kids!!

Annie : I didn't mean to okay,it just happened-

Wilbert: *Don't give me that crap!! I saw you push them !!

Annie: No I ..I told you ...I -I didnt mean too-

Wilbert: Where you even thinking?

*Annie: No , I love them ,I wouldn't do this !!

Wilbert: You leave me no choice ( lifts up hand over Annie's head).

You will love your children until the end of time ,this won't happen again*!! **So help me I will hurt you. This is for our kingdom.

Annie : For our kingdom~

Wilbert smiles at her and slaps her on the right side of the face . If I see you hurt them again, you will be taken far away!!

Kaine cries on William's chest as she trembles ,William runs to her to comfort her.

Wilbert: Don't look at his blood ( covers her eyes)

Back with reality Sally talking to Heiji.

Sally: Heiji you need to be here , William is gone...he passed away.

Marialie : I killed him... how could I ..it's that guns fault.

Runs to the gun only to have be snatched away by Heiji.

Heiji : That's just not for you to hold , I'm sorry I can't give you this back .l think you -

Marialie pulls out a blade and runs to her sister.

Sally : No, stop her!! Marialie!!

Heiji stops Marialie from hurting her sister with the blade on his palm.Heiji grunts in pain.

Marialie: You are stupid, trying to protect her? , you don't even know if she considers you.. Her other half.

Sally: Don't fall for anything she's says , she's in a trance .

Marialie: Let go of the blade already!!( sees Heijis blood spill down to the floor)

Heiji : ( takes blade away from Marialie's hand )ENOUGH !!Oh no ...( falls )

Sally:No, not you too!!

Sally tells Marialie to go call for help.

Sally: Just hurry anyone outside.
