"So you mean I have to audition for the role since they didn't like my proposed Idea?"
"Pretty much yeah, we like the story but to be perfectly blunt they're not sure if you can handle it, it is a big role."
Seo Yeonhwa said as Junho was in front of her and behind him was a Wei Yuyan again.
"So this producer."
"This producer has backed the network multiple times now and it just happens he has his own people he wants to cast."
"Did you tell the producer that I wanted to be part of it?"
"Not exactly aside from that you wrote the script we didn't add the part you wanted to act the big role since he was adamant about who should play those roles since he believed he found the next big stars."
"What if I could prove to him that I'm going to be the next big star? What would happen?"
"You ask him I'm just the messenger."
"Fair enough but what do you think Noona?"
"I haven't seen you act but a movie usually takes around three to six months of production so if you can get the approval of the director and the director takes a plea to take you instead after only one audition then it changes a lot, as for your career I can't say you're already big in the music industry but the acting industry is a different realm altogether, personally I'm with you since you're the one who created this."
"Can I take the chance?"
"Sure I'll set you up with the director but a lot of eyes are gonna be on you, of course you're gonna have a role as stated by the network just not the main three for now until you change their minds."
"Thanks Noona."
"Right about the Web Drama you said to me."
"Yes?"
"You can't do it right now if you're gonna be undertaking this project your body can only do so much."
"I know, I can do it next time."
"I'll see what I can do then Junho take care."
"You too Noona."
Junho, Yuyan and Woo-Jin stood up and left the studio after the meeting.
"Did you record the conversation Ms. Yuyan?"
Wei Yuyan then took out her phone and stopped the recording showing that she had recorded the entire conversation since they sat down.
"As long as she acknowledged you were the owner of the script then you're safe if they decide to continue the shooting if you cannot get a single role."
"I kinda feel bad."
"Don't worry leave it to us if they decide to use your script and I will be there tomorrow for the contract signing again."
Junho nodded and looked at the window, right now it was snowing and it had been a hectic week he just wanted to close his eyes and relax, he knew it was a huge leap, he wanted to do the Web Drama first but now since the movie was greenlighted that was scrapped.
'Shop'
He looked at the songs and found some song's were no longer there, meaning they had been produced or it was in its beginning stages.
"'Growl' Huh"
He remembered that song catapulted X.O into popularity and right now it was nowhere to be found, in his time it was being heavily debated to be one of the third generation anthem songs aside from being a legendary song that made them famous world wide.
'This is going to be fun.'
Junho sighed as he wanted to laugh, of course performing, creating music and making people smile was his number one satisfaction, he too can't resist the temptation of reading people debate over which group was better and things of that nature.
He was aware it would be impossible for it to not happen as groups were bound to be compared he was also aware that each group had its strengths and weaknesses but now he wanted to be part of the 'It' group of this generation so his fiery spirit was awakened since 'Growl would signal the start of the other groups success.
"You're not mad are you?"
Woo-Jin was concerned as he looked at Junho as he wished he could read his mind.
"No, I just have to start over again and prove that I can do it."
"That's good but don't get disheartened if you can't get it okay? I remember you wanted two roles."
"Yeah, by the way since you're the overall manager now but still my personal manager what do you think is a great group name?"
"I'm not great at naming but if I were to name you guys it would perhaps be, oh wait you are going to add people right?"
Junho shrugged as if he didn't know the answer to that.
"Well 'Herald' is already taken by your album so that's off the list and it would have been a good name"
"So what are you thinking?"
"What about 'Blank', 'Page' or something along those lines? "
"Blank, Page? make a story out of it then, X.O's name was derived from the term "exoplanet" a planet that orbits a star outside the solar system, each group has a story to their name or something that will decide their future concepts."
Woo-Jin was thinking as he was the one driving, right now he was driving to where Wei Yuyan's office as to drop her, the latter just listened and continued preparing the contract details.
"You guys can name your albums like 'First Chapter' something that's just my thoughts on the matter."
"I'll keep that in mind, well other than that you have a lot on your plate now, whose gonna join the division?"
"That's easy we'll just hire 'Dream Agency' and write an exclusive contract that they'll only work for our division to make sure they're only ours and not the company's, can you do that Ms. Yuyan?"
Both Junho and Woo-Jin looked at the woman who was beside Woo-Jin at the front.
"That sounds easy but of course its gonna cost you."
"I'll just tell grandpa since you're the one he hired."
"Then I'll put it on his tab then."
-
"We want the streaming rights for their last concert."
"Its not going to be broadcasted on television?"
Myung Ari was meeting with JYP, she had just gotten the information from Junho about their last concert.
"The boys are contracted with 'TLive' and as 'TLive' we want to broaden our reach all the while earning, of course since the group is from NNET and Pegasus we will split the money."
JYP's ears perked and was interested.
"Tell me more about TLive to be frank I only open it perhaps once a week to just check on their streams."
"Well to give you a short explanation on why I want the streaming rights is because TLive has grown to over two million users, that's a year worth of growth thanks to 'Wing's', their peak concurrent viewers tally up to almost two hundred thousand when the five of them were together, their average concurrent viewership is around fifty thousand to a hundred thousand depending on the day and time."
JYP continued to listen as Myung Ari continued to list down TLive's growth.
"Let me tell you one thing what I've been holding Wing's back including you, I've gotten tons of brands wanting to promote with Wing's, International Brands I may add, they want Wings to promote them, but I've intentionally held it back since they were a temporary group."
"And now they aren't and there's a possibility there's going to be more than five people."
"Exactly so shall we discuss the terms and conditions?"
Myung Ari's lawyer who was behind her brought a new contract to which JYP read.
"I'll inform NNET first, I can't sign it for now."
"Take your time."
