Lost In Translation - II
Since the café incident, both Chen Waan and Mo Yifan had lost respect for this lady who was supposed to be the veteran actress. Scheming against her own labelmate was just the worst. And they could not even understand why she would need to do so in the first place.
They wanted to give her a benefit of doubt. It could be that she really was innocent and just wanted to chat up with Mo Yifan. And Mo Yifan was actually leaning towards believing her. After all, he had trained under her for almost a year and even after that, he used to keep taking tips from her. She had always been so helpful without wanting anything in return.
It seemed he had forgotten his own principle when it came to this particular senior. There was indeed no free lunch in the world. But he still did not want to believe that this lady would scheme against him.
