Life inside the Hentai Empire

A few months since the Hentai Empire had officially been built, and Felix became its Emperor, the whole realm was had been affected.

The city which was too big for just a few million women, had been filled to the maximum limit with women who chose to permanently settle down inside it. And those women who chose to visit it 

The Dao Realm was clearly feeling the impact, due to how many women were on an average inside the Hentai Empire every day. 

At the same time, there was a massive scale migration taking place for various kinds of wild beasts, which were all travelling towards the Land of Gods. 

Sure, they wouldn't be able to enter it. But living on the outskirts was enough for them as well. 

Because of this, the economy of the whole realm was taking quite a big impact since hunting beasts and using the products obtained from them was a major part of the day to day business. 

The Hentai Empire on the other hand, greatly profited from this with groups of female mercenaries going out to hunt the beasts and selling them inside the city. 

Also, as the days went by more and more men felt jealous of Felix for being able to live as the only man surrounded by almost a billion women! 

Therefore the number of men trying to break into the city by passing the walls, also grew every day. 

However, after a certain point, new orders were given to not just expel them out of the walls, but to kill them on spot. 

Due to this, the number of men trying to force their way into the city once again got reduced, bringing peace to the Ice Phoenix Army which was being forced to use their total force 24x7 to keep so many men out. 

Luckily this situation helped Felix realize that just the Ice Phoenix Arny wasn't enough to keep total control over the Hentai Empire, since they were needed to protect the boundary wall at all times. 

If he used them to keep order in the city, and protect the wall at the same time, the forces would be drawn too thin to be of any great use. 

Therefore he took the opportunity, to recruit and establish another army. One specifically to maintain the order for the city. 

For some reason, Maria showed a great interest in it, and therefore begged for the army to be known as the Nine Tailed Fox Army, and she promised to train it on her own. 

Since Maria pleaded so much, Felix couldn't help but agree. And since none of his other women wanted to train an army, using Maria for this was no problem at all.

Once Felix realized that his Hentai Empire now no longer had the new empire kind of vibe, and the daily life inside the city was proceeding normally, he decided to see it with his own eyes. 

Blending his body with the space so that no one would be able to see him, Felix started going around the city to see the daily life within it was. 

He first went to the only entrance of the city, where even from far he could see a huge line of women waiting to pass the guards checking and enter. 

On top of the wall, Felix could see the women from the Ice Phoenix Sect guarding it. As for in front of the entrance, the guards were of the Nine Tailed Fox Army. 

Which was obvious given the proud looking fox image on their backs. 

Not stopping his lips from twitching, Felix began thinking that this was the reason Maria was so enthusiastic to have an army under her name. 

Going closer Felix started listening to the women talking about how the line to enter the city was quite long, but it was worth the wait. 

Soon he saw something which made Felix realize how even the guards responsible for the entry and exit were corrupt and taking advantage of their power.

Once the fierce looking tanned woman gave the order, the blonde haired cute girl who came to enter the empire obediently did as she said. 

Even those who were waiting in line behind her behaved as if it was nothing special.
