"Mom! Can't you see? I can't afford to enter into a relationship!" I said then stood up in my seat.

My parents and I are in the living room now and we are talking about my future... AGAIN! This is making me sick, They don't really know how I feel because of the things they do. They just want to be followed. How about me? I want to be free. Right to make decisions for myself.

"And why Almira? What is your reason for not wanting to?" Mom asked me. "Tell me, Almira... Are you still waiting for that girl? the one you talking about when you were young?"

Because of her question, I was stunned and my eyes widened.

"What?! N-No Mom!" I answered and frowned. "No! Okay? Look, Mom... I just really don't like it, okay? And another Mom... I just want to focus on my studies." I added and then sighed.
