Chapter 13 The treatment

"Your sister!"Ken Ask

"There is no time to explain, they are all going to die if I don't do something."June.

"But you do not have the antidote!In thirty minutes all of us will die.The clan may think you have done this.And maybe I wont have strenght to stop them." The grandfather says.

" Lay them all!"June says to Ken.

"If I have 30 minutes then I have a time to stop the poison."

"This poison is called Domazu Poison, it is potent but curable."June says.

( Note the poison name is invented by the author only.)

June works hurriedly she touch the pulse of Yuki, listen to her heartbeat and hardness of breathing with sweat. June notice that the poison is targetting the heart of this person.

" Ken get me fire!"

Ken get a fire and give it to her.Then June bring out her needles.

"Watch me Ken, and help me save them all.I know that you are skilled,look for their chi and put this needle in the heart to stop the flowing of chi so the poison will be prevented to flow."

"I believe you can do this!" Added June as she instruct Ken.

Ken listen to her. And watch her intently. As they both have done putting the needles to everyone.The people colors gradually change back.

" Are they out of danger?" Ken ask as he saw this happening.

But before June could reply the warrior of the clan came at least twenty warriors came and now they were surrounded.

" Get down!" A warrior ask.

"Were not the one who did this!Ken said not backing down.While his hand is in the air.

" We are helping you!"June shouted.

Then the warrior loose patience and will move forward and struct June.

" Don't!"

" One move and I will remove this needle and your head will die!" Ken warned the warrior.

"You can kill the head but my sword is faster than you and this girl will die and you too."

"We are helping you, believe in us. You will see that they will get better if you let us go. Then if after doing this you are not satisfied you can take my life." Ken say straight in the eyes of the warrior.

The warrior was stunned for he recognize an authority speaking to him. The man has a dangerous aura yet sincere and honest.The man looks at him and he can feel this alpha males authority. So he back down and signal everyone. He will kill this man if he lies to them.

June saw again the leader personality of Ken. But she shook her head this is not the time to mesmerized, for time was lost already and they only have 20 minutes more.

June hurriedly open the secret compartment of her watch.Then she took out a small pill from it that when it push it became a bag. June took out a box in the bag. The box consist of different medicine. She took the bottle in it and judging from the content of the vial ,it would not be enough to treat all this people.

" Listen, I can only save 3 people from this vial and I dont want to choose, on who's who I am I going to save.Since Kudzu propagate in this country well .Get this Kudzu roots,but do get the youngest root.Carefully pull it out from the ground not loosing any of the roots.Get as many as you can we dont have that much time."

The men look at her and did not want to follow her since she is a girl, they dont take order from a woman specially a young girl like her.

" Listen to her!" The voice boomed in the place.It was Ken.

The men jump and hurriedly went out.June get a water and heat it.Praying hardly that the warriors would be back soon.Several servants Ken called and ask to help June. The servants do not understand whats happening but obey both of them.

June ask for a mortar and pestle made of marble and she ask licorice rice to be grind and boil it.She also ask the servant to prepare an ice.

10 minutes had passed the men returned and gave her all the Kudzu roots. June carefully look at it and choose the young ones with complete root. June then grind the roots more faster than ordinary grinding. Her master told her to it very very fast.

June is sweating so much from grinding the roots but she did not stop. Any delayed will detoriate the effect.After she finish grinding.

She turn and look at the people of the clan who was watching her.

"I need a blood from your clan, most preferably a girl virgins blood!"

" Most of the women here are old and married."

" Even a child will do!"

"But extracting a blood from young ones is against our laws." The leader of the warrior said.

" According to your leader your law is important but compassion and taking care the welfare of your clans comes first."

The men just look at each other. The request is not simple.Taking a blood of child means curse for the childs life up to fifth generation.They already knew it since a long time ago somebody did the same.The antidote that this girl is making is same as their legendary medicine.Making this medicine requires mental and physical strenght. But making this legendary medicine is forbidden coz it needs a virgins blood from the clan to create it.But something happens in the past that their ancestor recreate the medicine and as a punishment they rarely have a woman in child birth.That made their clan go in extinct.And cross marriage is also forbidden too.

As the elder warrior he does not know how come an outside like this girl knew the secret medicine of their clan.

And now their line age depends on these leaders medicine and a child.They only one female child in their clan.

The child is both fair and a full of wisdom.The child is a from Kobe family. They are waiting for her to get to age of cycle and will marry her to the youngest warriors to bear a child. And as a warrior he can't choose between the head and the line age for both of them are important.

The child is Yua she saw what happened.And was so mesmerized by June ability. She could not help but admire this stranger compassion for their clan and as a member she is willing to sacrifice to her clan.So she step forward bow down.

" I am Yua,I am the only female child and a virgin in this clan.Im willing to help my clan, use my blood."

"Yua you dont understand the process of withdrawing the blood. A man would have sex with you to draw that blood from you!"The elder warrior says.

Yua got scared at the words of the elder warrior. But she does not care.

"No that is wrong!"June said.

Everybody look at her, one of the warrior is going to agrue with her but June speak and explain it to them.

" Doing it will surely cause you harm, I need her blood she needs to be a virgin and by having sex the blood will not be pure anymore. So I'm to extract her blood from

her fingers only that her blood will remain pure."

"Then do take my blood." Yua gave her hand to June.

"The process is indeed painful.Are you willing so endure the pain?"June ask

Yua nod. At her response June took her hand and put the palm in the fire.The fire is so painful that Yua almost cried. But she bare the pain until June sturck a needle on her finger and draws a blood from it .

The blood taken was mixed in the Kudzu roots and the licorice rice with water was mixed all together.June look at the time they only have 2 minutes left. She stir well the antidote and took the ice she ask the servants to prepare earlier.

She ask all the warriors to help.She instruct them to feed the antidote and put the ice in the wound and pull out the needle at the same time. Not doing it at the same time means death for the victim.

The warrior headed, 3 people are needed the one is to give the antidote the other one for gving the ice on the wound and the other one is to pull the needled.In the count of three, they all did the same thing. The victim breathes became normal. And one by one the eyes of them open they move and stand up like nothing happened.

The warriors, the servant and some ordinary people rejoices at seeing these.

And June was so happy to see Yuki alive and ok now. She hug her tightly and going to speak to her but she fainted.

"June!!" Ken shouted and everybody was stop at their current joy.
