Who in their right mind thought sending us to Las Vegas was a magnificent idea? Oh, that’s right, we did.

We booked a flight to Vegas, hoping it would be faster than driving. Everyone kept staring at me.

/"What?/" I asked.

/"Um, nothing,/" they said.

Everyone was acting weird. I stood there while checking the flight times.

/"Um, Maggie?/" Kat was standing next to me.

/"Yeah?/"

As she opened her mouth, Nixon and Nash walked over.

/"Oh, no, no, no. There’s no ruining Nash’s surprise, missy./" Nixon put his hand over her mouth and dragged her away.

What is wrong with them?

/"Surprise?/"

/"Yeah, it’s something I had thought about doing when we arrived in Vegas./" He nodded.

/"Okay, we aren’t old enough to gamble or drink, and it's not legal to visit a strip club./"
