Synopsis

There is a legend, about a place with all the answers, a legend about The Grand Library. As magic somehow made its way to our world, not everybody was ready. It changed people, it changed animals, it turned into a complete apocalypse. But there was a hero, who saved everybody by creating a barrier that protected one settlement, his name was Xavier Velrosh. That was several hundred years ago. Now people live in a massive city, split into five districts. Those with strong magic powers are privileged and live in the center, while those without them have to survive on the very edge and suffer the dangers of the close proximity to the protective dome. Trevor, a teenager born in the fourth district has a problem. He still isn't showing any signs of having any magic. Each evaluation shows a zero. As his schoolmates find out, he gets the nickname 'Zero', but then fate smiles upon him. His good friend, Liv, shows him a letter her ancestor got from one of the greatest mages in history who filled the shoes of Xavier Velrosh, a man named Lex Roy. In the letter, he mentions The Grand Library. Something that used to be just an urban legend now becomes reality. The search for a myth starts! Join the boy on his way to solve the mysteries, find his way through the magical world kept from him by those holding the power, and become a true legend. I will be posting this story on RoyalRoad.com

The King's unwanted Bride

Warning [Mature Content] Prologue In a dim room with a little reflection of the moonlight through the French windows. A man was seated on his grace at the other side of the room while a lady stood at the doorstep confused about why she had even been summoned there in the first place. "I told you to come in. Why are you standing at the door?" He asked before passing the glass of wine to his irresistible lips like the Lord he had always seen himself. "My... milord. Don't you think this is wrong?" She asked back, still standing at the door. She knows what the king is capable of but she never wants to be one of his victim whores. The king chuckled at her words, as he seemed to be stupid. He is the King and always gets whatever he wants, either unworthy or not is his wish. He dropped the glass of wine on a mini table and walked graciously towards the shivering girl. Immediately, he stopped in front of her, his fingers rose, her head facing his cold eyes. "You have forgotten something, my dear. I'm the king and I always get what I want. " He said as a mischievous smile lightened on his lips. She took a deep breath as she saw there was no point arguing with him. He is the king and his word is supreme. "Whatever pleases my king" ******* On every blood moon, twelve princesses from all over the world, belonging to different packs, gather at the Harmon's Palace, the home to the King of Alpha's and where the hunt takes place. For thousands of years, the hunt had been marked as the game of Queen's, where only one of the females gets selected to become the next Alpha Queen, only after a long trial. Valarie arrives at the Harmon's Palace as Princess Sophia's lady but instead, she captures the attention of King Gabriel himself and vows to have the prize all for herself, only after one accidental night, where she got the pleasure of her life.

Lyrical Vulture System

R/18 No Rape, vulgar language and descriptive gore As the celestial orb descended beyond the distant horizon of the alien planet, casting a surreal interplay of purple and green hues upon the sprawling battlefield, an ambiance of eerie beauty enveloped the scene. Amidst the ethereal floral decorations that adorned the blood-stained terrain, the combatants stood poised for confrontation. Among them was Lyric, a figure of imposing presence, exuding an aura of quiet confidence amidst the chaos that surrounded him. Opposite him loomed the formidable silhouette of the man, his countenance marked by a stoic determination that betrayed no hint of apprehension. Beside him stood his son, a mere youth, his expression a canvas of fear and uncertainty. Lyric, undeterred by the weight of the moment, stood tall and resolute, his gaze unwavering as he prepared to unleash the power of his words upon his adversaries. With a subtle gesture, Lyric beckoned forth the latent potency of his lyrical prowess, weaving a tapestry of rhythmic cadence that resonated with the very fabric of existence. "You could never vanquish me," he intoned, his voice reverberating across the battlefield with a haunting certainty. "Blind are you, that much is clear." As his words hung in the air, a palpable tremor of energy surged forth, distorting the boundaries of reality itself. The man and his son, momentarily ensnared in a maelstrom of confusion, faltered in their resolve as the inconceivable began to unfold before them. Suddenly, with an explosive eruption that shattered the tranquility of the scene, the ground beneath their feet erupted in a cataclysmic display of otherworldly light, engulfing them in a blinding inferno of chaos and destruction. When the tempest of tumult subsided and the echoes of the cataclysmic event faded into silence, Lyric stood amidst the aftermath, a solitary figure amidst the wreckage of battle. Yet, there was no triumph in his demeanor, no exultation in his victory. For in a world where words held the power to shape reality, the consequences of his utterances weighed heavily upon his conscience. As he surveyed the desolation that lay before him, Lyric was acutely aware of the toll exacted by his invocation of power. In the delicate balance of existence, where the whims of fate hung in precarious equilibrium, every syllable carried with it the potential for creation or destruction. And amidst the spectral glow of the purple and green floral adornments that swayed gently in the wake of the storm, he pondered the profound implications of a truth that transcended the boundaries of mortal comprehension: that in the realm of his domain, his word was law. - y’all enjoy! this will be something.. different, but let’s see how it turns out In a world where power is everything and danger lurks around every corner, a man named Lyric finds himself thrust into a mysterious realm with no memory of his past and no record of his existence. Unbeknownst to him, Lyric is not just any ordinary being; he is the fragment of a greater soul, a mere piece of his true self known as Varaoh, who watches from afar as Lyric embarks on a perilous journey. Armed with the enigmatic "Lyrical Vulture System," Lyric navigates this strange world, using the power of poetic verses and rap to overcome the myriad obstacles that stand in his way. Each verse he crafts unlocks a fragment of his true strength, but at a cost—only by fulfilling the lyrics' demands can he harness his full potential. As Lyric traverses through realms filled with treacherous landscapes and formidable foes, he encounters allies and adversaries alike, each drawn to the aura of power that surrounds him. Yet, amidst the chaos and uncertainty, Lyric grapples with the existential truth that even with his unmatched might, loss is an inevitable part of life. Driven by a desire for answers and a thirst for adventure, Lyric embarks on a quest to uncover the secr

In our world, there are no humans, no big cities. We are just servants of Mother Nature, that is, us and the hordes of darkness. They come to us every year to take the "ripe fruits". This year, our protagonist, Skylar, also enters school, where unexpected twists await. Our hero ends up in the danger zone and must go through it if he doesn't want to die. It's very difficult for him to make it through, where the principal and the leader of the training squad anxiously await him. When he successfully reaches the destination, the principal scolds the mockers and escorts the frightened and brave Sky to the main building. They undergo an initiation where everyone's abilities are revealed. Our protagonist is placed in a separate group, where besides him, only the principal is, as she controls all the forces of Mother Nature: water, wind, earth, and fire. It later becomes apparent that she can control dragons as well. Apart from his friends, everyone mocks him because he can't really control his abilities at first. Later, a romance develops between him and the leader of the squad. During the annual training, he puts his all into it and becomes one of the best. He gains the respect of more and more students, but also earns hatred. One day, the haters throw him into the danger zone, where it's revealed that he can control dragons. He returns to the training camp as a dragon rider, injured and half-dead, where the squad leader finds him. After our hero tells everything, punishment is imposed on the hateful students.

Hello! I'm the author, and this is not a review! Which doesn't mean you shouldn't read this! This thing is for additional information, and I'll be updating this with comments under the thing, so for clarity please refrain from posting your comments under this - it's just for me. If I can, I'll be deleting the comments under this 'review' for clarity purposes. So what will be the additional content? Character portraits, so you can see them with your own eyes, graphically! The images are created using AI by the way... And maybe I post some other stuff if I get an idea... First things first, the main character. Trevor.
