chapter 1: Apocalypse : the beginning

on the 25th of September 2020 just like any other day on Earth, during the sunny afternoon when every one was busy with there work, the streets bustling with activities and people trying to market and trade their goods while others are at work. suddenly the sky became filled with dark clouds, the air became different like a new essence was trying to merge with it.

everyone present on Earth felt changes in their body, but before they could comprehend this changes the winds became chaotic for a few seconds before settling down. The earth started shaking, earthquake started happening Buildings, factories, sky scrappers crumbled as a result of the earthquakes the land teared open up to 200m in width and swallowed those unfortunate who were at the location. Resulting to the destruction of buildings many people died while the lucky ones got life threatening injuries. Just after a few minutes these changes happened, mankind thought the nightmare was over, but that was just the beginning.

The animals on Earth started to change, growing at a rate visible to the eye up to 3 - 20 metres Their claws became long and seemingly sharp. They were dorwmant at first but suddenly entered a frenzy state, attacking people next to them, the humans tried to put up resistance but it was all for nut people discovered that they had seemingly become stronger and faster but due to the huge amount of these beasts they were killed like flies while others were eaten. Just a few minutes after these beasts outbreak millions died all around the world. During these process some countries were exterminated of the face of the Earth by these beasts. Each country leaders in the world put aside their differences and grudges, because for what use will their grudges be if they all get killed at the end.

each remaining standing countries in the world fired it missiles at the beasts they were able to kill tens of thousands but they know someday the all the missiles will be used up and Wait for nothing more than their inevitable massacre and death. a border was built spanning thousands of kilometers long and the milltary put in front of these borders equipped with amour guns battle tanks and armed to the teeth incase some beasts manage to escape the destructiveness of the fired missiles. although mankind none for it disunity and distrustfulness some countries decided not to join hands and after some days with relentless less fighting against the beasts were wiped off the face of earth. After researches man realized that the Earth was now 3 times bigger than the original size

During these period, although there were occasional times were beasts would try to breach the borders but with the bombardment of the soldiers guns tanks and even occasional missiles the beasts met their death quickly. while fighting the soldiers felt their physical capabilities improve like they could go on shooting without getting tired after voicing it out to the government, the scientist did there experiment on people who volunteered after all it was everyone that felt the increase in their physical capabilities. with thorough experiment the scienitist were able to discover some changes in their specimens body. Their bones were much more study and strong than before. It was like comparing the old bones with the new bones with Plastic and steel respectively. not only that but it seem it still had potential to become more strong. The muscles the tendons and even skin had become much sturdier than before.

The carcass of the beasts being killed were also experimented on this was discovered that at the center of their body is a core, like a Crysta the size of a man's fist. The core contained never seen energies, with time patience they were able to utilize the energies and it was used to power up their machines since many power plants has been destroyed by the beasts. The scientist tried to see how it would work with humans and the energies were absorbed without a hitch the people who absorbed it said that they could fell changes in their body, more cores were absorbed and some people suddenly felt Pain while others exploded. The cores were experimented and found that the energies they contained are more stronger and denser than others.

After two weeks of the cores absorpbtion changes happened to a person. shockingly he gained the ability to conjure fire although for a little period of time. more data were collected and it was discovered that some of the cells in the person body had mutated and became a source of energy that can be used and refilled with essence the element that after researches, the cause and epicenter of all the changes on Earth, mutation of animals and the changes in mankind. Many other people also gained abilities after non stop absorpbtion of cores, abilities like manipulation of wind, air, water. ability to teleport, transform into beasts and many others.

With all of these mankind was able to fight back the beasts with ease with the aid of their superpowers. During these Apocalypse many other minerals and material were found making man's life easier. not only that even the cores from the beasts now named beast cores were able to be utilize in making amours. after many years of relentless war mankind was able to reclaim 25% of the world land mass. The beasts were also getting stronger with time a sometimes get back the reclaimed lands of mankind.

Will mankind face complete destruction from the beasts or reclaim their home, and Exterminate these beasts for good.
