Chapter 15: Mark

Above the rectangle surface within the Central Plaza, two figures can be seem descending.

"Eh? Sofia, why did you abstain from the last phase? Is it because they are God State or stronger?" Carl walk towards Sofia as he embrace her tiny waist.

"Yes. If I continue to go on, I might get injured." Sofia said as she walk towards the other three with Carl and Robin.

"What a pity. You're almost there and yet you give up." Icy said as she look at Sofia softly.

"He... Hel-lo, Icy." Robin stuttered as he look down with an embarrassed face.

"Oh, Hi there." Icy said perfunctorily.

"May I ask, why did you abstain from the challenge? I'm sure that you'll be arranged with the same or small gap in terms of strength, so maybe there's a reason." Frank said as he fell into contemplation.

"Well, the person behind Sofia is afraid that it might accidentally reveal itself, thus the reason why Sofia will be killed. Even though Sofia is protected by the kingdom as she was the only child of the True Emperor and True Empress, but in the face of such creature, everyone will become greedy." Elise said as she look at Sofia curiously.

"What a smart girl. That girl is sure scary when you make an enemy with her." The tree spirit said sincerely.

"Well, how about Robin? Everyone already knows about his Spiritual Holy Bead, so why did he abstain? From what I see, he's already in Divine State and since her have that mythical bead, then a God State can be challenged." Carl look at Robin.

"Well, that's what I thought as well. But Sofia said that I should abstain and since she has a backer, then I just follow." Robin agreed with Carl.

"Its because you didn't consume the spiritual holy bead itself. It was just integrated in your bow, so basically, the one with spiritual energy is your bow not you. Your bow now is upgradable. Although it doesn't have any consciousness, but since it sublime due to the bead, then it has now senses." Elise said seriously.

"Well, what that girl said is indeed true. So if that boy uses his bow, the bow will only try to seal its full power until it is bearable with that boy's energy. That boy's energy will run out with just twenty moves, so if he's in a battle, it is possible that he will be injured seriously." The tree spirit added which Sofia repeated to the rest.

Robin nodded at the sudden intellect and look at his bow with careful gaze. The others also look at the bow behind Robin and can't help but feel a bit envy.

"And worse scenario is if Robin fight with that guy." Elise said as she point her fungers toward the old man, Hister.

"Eh? That old man? His energy earlier is just the same as saint state, so why would it be worse?" Robin said in a teasing tone. He won't believe such fact.

"That's what I also think so. But the one behind my back also said the same as you." Sofia look at Elise as if she's a goddess who knows everything.

"Elise, is it because that old man has strong trump card?" Carl asked curiously.

"Hahaha, I'm not that great as you think of me to know that old man's trump card as well, but it's because his robe isn't ordinary. That cane he's holding is condensed with strong energy and suction force. That hat is filled with 20 recovery beads." Elise said as she pinpoint what she observe this far.

"And to add that, I don't know if he really cast that spell, or maybe he asked for my mother since I can sense her scent, but that old man's defense has the Semi-Worldly God State level." Elise said as she look at the old man. He can't help but feel as if she really know the old man.

"Eh? Really that's strong?!" Icy said as she look at the old man in a new light.

"What the girl said is true but the most powerful out there is that middle age woman. That woman is the one who cast the spell towards the old man. And that woman is also the one who infiltrate the scanner of energy. In truth, those two are in Semi-Worldly God State." The tree spirit said while Sofia repeat the words.

"Eh?? Semi-Worldly God State?! Why.. why would they come here?" Frank said as he felt the gazes of the people they were talking about.

"Maybe they're poor and want my father's prize?" Icy said as she escape from gazing the two strong people.

"I see. So they're my father and mother, indeed. But why would they come here?" Elise said to herself.

"They have an objective why they come here. It is to find someone." The tree spirit said.

"Eh?! Find someone? But who?" Carl asked Sofia.

"Eh? Mother and Father come here to find someone?" Elise said in surprise.

"Mother? What?! Is that Auntie and Uncle?" Frank said as he look again at the two. When he look, the two smile at him which make him feel goosebumps.

"Hahaha, so no wonder you're smart and strong." Robin said as he fluttered Elise.

"Hahaha, but you know yourself that you can kill me with just your Divine Skill." Elise said that make Robin feel awkward.

"Hahaha, although Elise is smart, but she has still weakness, that's why don't treat her invincible." Frank said that makes the other nodded their heads.

"Where's Eldrin?" The six people were still talking when suddenly, the old man they were just talking about appeared in front of them.

"He run away. But Father, why are you here?" Elise said as she look at her father.

"Run away? But why?" Elise's father said as he look at the location that her daughter point out.

"Just some reason. But again, why are you here? Do you want to give me the vein?" Elise said hoping for an answer.

"Hahaha! What do you think of your father, poor? If you want a vein, I can get you hundreds but we have different matters. I thought you wouldn't discover us but this little girl has indeed good treasure. That tree spirit will be the cause of world war if it will reveal itself." Elise's father said as he patted Sofia's head.

"Eh? Tree Spirit? So it was a tree?" Robin was shocked nd can't help but exclaimed in surprise.

"You're also strong and fortunate. Unfortunately, that Divine self-claimed Spirit preferred the bow instead of you." Elise's father, Elfred, said.

"Cause a world war? Is that tree spirit that valuable?" Icy asked curiously.

"It is not only valuable, but absolutely valuable. That tree spirit has a consciousness that two third of the world's information is integrated within it, it also bear fruits every hundred thousand years that can help a person breakthrough to four level instantly, it also helps its owner recover energy loss although slower than the worst lowest level recovery pills, and can protect you once in a life time from any danger for a short period of time." Elfred shared his intellect towards the six.

"That guy sure is knowledgeable." The tree spirit seems to be annoyed but happy as well.

"I see. So it was indeed valuable. I'm truly lucky to meet it." Sofia said with relief.

"Since carrying that seed is like shouldering the whole world, why don't you just give it to me in exchange of a customized life weapon that was made by me, myself?" Eldrin look at Sofia with meaningful smile.

"Uhm... I--I'm sorry to decline your generous offer, but even if its like shouldering the whole world, I will still carry it since I'm the one who found it and chosen by it." Sofia said firmly despite the temptation.

"Hahaha! Old guy, you finally find a rightful owner." Elfred said as he disappeared and blink in the position he was earlier.

"Well, since there's no fun here now, what about we go outside and stroll. Let me be your guide." Icy said enthusiastically.

Under the persuasion, the six figures then leave the rectangle surface.

In a certain forest, a lonely man can be seen walking lifelessly.

"I've really done it this time! I'm such a fool!" The man said angrily as he start to hurt himself.

"Oh.. young man, it seems like you're in a trouble, don't you?" A sudden voice echoed from behind the man that surprise the latter.

A silver needles that amount to thousand came out instantly behind the man while each needle exudes a strong aura. The silver is just plain in appearance but if you look closely, there would be a pattern that seems to be stained by blood.

"Easy... Easy.. I don't mean any harm." The woman said calmly as she walk closer towards the man.

"You see, I can feel the worry and anxiety inside your heart, isn't it?" The woman said seductively as she caress the man's chest with her long and perfect index finger.

"Stay away from me!" The man, who's none other than Eldrin, yelled angrily as the needles shout out in unbelievable speed.

Though thousand needles strike the woman, not a single scratch was made since all of them stop mid-air when its about to touch the woman's skin.

"I'm not an enemy. You see, I'm just really in an urgent need of yang energy and coincidentally, you seems to be broken, so why don't you let me heal that wound?" The woman said seductively as she closed her face and breathe in Eldrin's ear.

"Just leave me alone!" Eldrin yelled angrily but still stand steadily.

"Hahaha... Why do I feel like your body says the other way? If you really don't like having a deal with me, you won't let me come near you nor you can just escape from me using that turbo inside your body." The woman said as she start to kiss Eldrin's cheeks.

"Even if I run away you can just chase me in an instant. I can't escape the clutch of a heavenly God State." Eldrin said as he drop off his resistance.

"Hehehe... How can you be so sure? I can just find another male instead of wasting my energy in pursuing you?" The woman wrapped her hand around Eldrin's neck and start to look at Eldrin's eyes.

"Starting from the stage, you already had eyes on me. You think I won't notice your burning gazes? Your reason earlier was a lie, isn't it? You just want me." Eldrin said unaffected by such seduction. The woman start to feel irritated since she can't just make Eldrin's eyes shine even a little bit of life.

"I see. So you already know it. Is that why you come to this forest?" The woman said before she waved her hand.

In an instant, the two suddenly appeared inside a room filled with candle scent and relaxing atmosphere. The woman didn't dilly-dally and pushed Eldrin towards the bed before riding above him.

"Hehehe... I don't care if your heart belong to someone but atleast I can have your body. Looking at you, it will be your first, right?" The woman said as her body become filled with sexual desire.

Bang!

"So, you actually want my son, huh!" An angry voice echoed as the door suddenly blasted away.

The woman who was just about to strip Eldrin was shocked and then become scared.

"Damn it!! I specifically thought of this place, but I guess I fell for their damn trap! Until next time, My Eldrin." The woman said as she suddenly disappeared into nowhere.
