The New Journey of Life

We all set out to go to the town. We were in a chariot (mayor's family) and I was shot at with different questions. Oh god! I had to lie about so much. First lie," My name is Ryoma" Second lie "I used to live with my grand parents who are probably dead." and on and on and on.....

When they asked how I survived and then I told them about the different spells I knew they were all amazed. One thing was clear that everyone seemed to be amazed of whatever I did, be it cooking my own food (without magic) or performing complicated spells. There were a lot of questions about fluffy . Oh I was so irritated but I had mastered the feeling of concealing my thoughts and keeping them to myself. So I did , kept quite answered or should I say lied whenever they asked me anything. All this kept on happening for the entire day.

We without problems reached the town (my new home) . I thought the mayor's house would be as big as a bungalow but it turns out that their entire "house" is a mansion. I was thinking that if I was born in this family what would have become of my life ,I would have lived ' The Life of a Prince ' . The situation here is different I am a child they have decided to keep , so I have to be and I am grateful towards them at all times. The maids and butler took all of my possessions inside . We were greeted by an old man the 'father' of the mayor. Turns out that the father of the mayor was the previous mayor of this town and has very recently retired. All the people here including the maids are very welcoming. I like it here.

We toured around the house for 1 entire hour, and then I was taken to my room where the dinner was served on my bed as I was supposed to be the 'special case' and I had to be given extra care and the Mayor himself decided that I would have been very tired from the journey and my dinner was to be given to me in my room for that night , so that I could go to sleep directly after dinner. The maids serving the dinner told me that the upcoming day was a big day for me , but they did not disclose the suspense and left before I could ask questions. I enjoyed my dinner and went to bed . I like it, here not going to lie it is very comfortable, even fluffy is happy with the good treatment he is getting. I am now looking for my 'big day' , which is tomorrow. I mind is clear on one thing now which is that I HATE suspense. I don't know what surprise is waiting for me and I hope I don't dislike it.
