Her Once Love.

As her eyes closed, he lips slightly murmured her name again. Her cherry blossom scent filling his nostrils.

Kelvin Hart.

Her long time lover.

Her one time love.

They were together for a while before... He suddenly left and never came back.

His lips reaching hers..

"Chole..?"

Her eyes flew open.Only one person called her like that. Kelvin opened his eyes too, they both starred at each other before Nichole finally looked to the man standing near her bed.

"Sebastian." Nichole muttered somewhat feeling tight headed.

Kelvin turned to the guy standing some steps away from him. He let his eyes run over him as he arched a curved brow at Nichole.

The so called Sebastian was lookin' good. Why was a ghost inside his girls' room.

They all were quiet, making the room filled with tense air.

Sebastian was confused, Nichole had a boyfriend? And he wasn't alive? So she had a romantic affair with a ghost? He almost smiled but looking at the two who starred at him as some moron he decided to keep his face grim.

"Why are you here?" Nichole finally asked.

Sebastian's face somehow crumpled. That was quite harsh and Infront of this stranger?

"I.. " He started.

"I had something to tell you." He said and gave a warm smile ignoring the hard gaze coming from the good looking guy beside her.

Nichole sighed with closed eyes, she looked at Sebastian and shook her head slowly. He didn't understand, "I was talking.. to you" She turned to Kelvin.

Kelvin froze.

What?

The room fell in utter silence again, this time making Sebastian confused. Weren't they all lovely dovey right now?

"I don't understand" Kelvin said.

"Me too." Nichole said and gave a wryly smile. "You shouldn't be here. It's been 3years, 3years without you."

"You can't just leave and show up again after 3years. What were you expecting once you show yourself to me?"

Kevin stared at her as he tried to form out words. He slowly brought his gaze to the stranger who had his eyes on him.

"Who is he?" He asked instead of saying what his mind had intended to say.

Nichole turned to Sebastian. She sighed and looked back at Kevin.

"Its none of your business."

Kevin's lips curved up at her words, his eyes not leaving the ghost inside his girlfriend's room.

"You got a new boyfriend while I was gone?"

"He is not my boyfriend." Nichole shot a hard glare at Sebastian who arched his brow at her expression.

"Right." Kevin stated as a slow smile crawled out to his lips.

"You promised to only love me." He said and turned to her.

"A childish oath." Nichole confessed.

Sebastian could only watch as him and Nichole shared soft glances.

Kevin snickered at her words and seductively licked his lips.

"Of course darling. That's what you'll think at this time."

"Please leave." She said simply.

Kevin paled slowly, his eyes darting from her eyes to the floor.

"I don't need you here. Not anymore." She added.

"Nichole-"

"Please, Kevin." She urged. She didn't want to be reminded about the past. Seeing him only gave her cold and scary goosebumps.

"Please leave." She said softly, her eyes only on the rug of her bedroom.

Kevin quickly took a bold step close to her holding her face in his hands.

"Look at me and say it again."

Nichole shivered. His touch was still very much affecting.

"Nichole..." Kevin called.

His voice was still the same. Enchanting and seductive.

Looking into his eyes, she couldn't say no anymore.

But no, he left right.

He didn't think about her and he left.

She breathed out and moved out of his hold. Holding her dressing table, her back facing him.

"I don't want to repeat myself, Kevin. Get out."

Kevin's lips dragged out a painful smirk. He was right. She wouldn't understand.

"I will return." He said and turned to leave through the balcony.

"I would rather if you didn't." Nichole said back and quickly left the room.

His eyes met with Sebastian. It was an awkward moment so Sebastian let out a little smile. Besides, the show was nice to watch.

The bastard!

Kevin stopped close to Sebastian, he whispered something and the only emotion that left from Sebastian was disgust. He gave Kevin one last glare.

"Nothing stopped you from saying it out."

Kevin smirked like a maniac, he disappeared.

Sebastian sighed. How did Nichole end up with such a guy.

He shrugged and strode out of the room. He came for Nichole not the idiot.

"So, you had a lover, huh?" We're his first words as he met her gulping down a glass of golden liquid.

She was drinking.

Because of him?

Fuck!

He watched her closely as he got near and sat opposite the counter where she stood.

"I mean, you don't have to drink because of him." He said after a while.

Nichole sighed and looked at him slowly.

"Why are you here? I thought you had a trip to go for?"

"Yeah," he shrugged. "But I had some important things to deal with first."

"Tch, you and important things." She smiled softly and poured her self another glass.

"What's the newest important thing apart from your resurrection?" She asked and he paused for a second.

"You."

Their eyes met that instant.

"What?" She asked with a gulp.

Sebastian breathed out and looked away.

"I meant, you and my resurrection come hand in hand. You are as important as my resurrection. Cause, without you,.... " He paused as he looked at her again. Her eyes were on him too.

"Its all invalid." He whispered.

Nichole laughed softly and held her lower lip with her teeth.

"Whatever." She said and drank another cup.

"Besides, I have a deal for you. I said this before."

"You have." She nodded.

"But you haven't gone through all the details yet." She said and sighed.

He nodded and paused Abit, " you'll have to follow me first before I tell you the deal."

She scoffed. "It doesn't work that way."

"Then, you want me to say it now?"

"Of course. Tell me what will make me help you. Although I have already said I don't know how."

"There's a book I must obtain. I need your help to do that. Its said that only the seer could hold the book to understand it's contents."

"After I'm sure the book is of good help to me, I'll tell you what my deal is."

Nichole stared at him closely.

"You want me to follow you, a ghost. To someplace I have no idea of?"

"I know it sounds crazy."

"It does. Truly, you don't think I'm that daft yet."

"Considering the way the second bottle of that whiskey is about to finish, I know how you are tough to get through." He said and earned a snicker from her.

She shook her head slowly, this guy was really dang wasn't he?

"Look, Sebastian. I don't think-"

"Nichole I'm running out of time." He cut in. "I swear that all this won't be in vain. Just.. please, help me out. If I don't succeed then, I'll leave."

"I really really really need your help."

Nichole was quiet.

All ghosts wanted to return.

All ghosts disturbed her.

All ghosts... Had a lowly and painfully story left behind.

And yet, this guy.

He seemed pathetic.

She had no choice.

If she had, she'd be wicked. To leave his option down the trash.

"You'll leave when it doesn't work out?"

"If!" He corrected and emphasized.

"If it doesn't work out." He said

"You have so much faith for someone who's dead."

"Faith is important and precious. And You have so much pride for someone who's talking to the CEO of the company she's working for." He smirked softly.

"You're threatening me?" She asked with a curved brow up.

"No. Of course not." Sebastian quickly denied.

"Good." She smiled.

"Anyways, thanks for the compliment." He added.

"Its not really a good thing Sebastian. Too much faith, it can really hurt you if it turns the opposite."

"I understand."

Nichole stood and sighed.

"Lead the way then."

"??"

She smiled and bent her head towards him.

"I thought you were eager Seb."

He stood immediately.

"Of course." He smiled.

"Lead the way. Its better it's done before morning." She moved back Abit because of his tall stature.

"Are you sure we can execute this?"

"Why? You loosing precious faith?"

"No. I'm just worried that you might fall when we get there."

"What makes you say so?"

His eyes darted to the counter table where two bottles of whiskey were emptied.

"Someone may have drank too much." He said.

"Its fine." She laughed softly at him. "I can handle two or more bottles."

"O..Kay. if you say so. Let's go then." He said and turned to the door before stoping shortly. Turning back at her. She was getting her keys.

"How is there alcohol in a coffee shop?"

"Don't ask." She said and walked passed him opening the door and walking out.

Sebastian smiled and followed.

She was..... Strange.

And absolutely... Much different.
