Norman Pierce - 16 years old, .Can't write so well and had trouble socializing.

Norma - Norman's mother, she is 35 years old and is feeling that Norman has no future.She works as Art Teacher in the local high school.

Theodore - Normans father, he is 36 years old and works as a Pediatrician

Penelope - Normans older sister, she is 19 years old and works at a jewelry Kiosk in the middle of the mall.
