Chapter 1: It all starts at the summoning

Seated in the stadium, I take a satisfying sip of my bubble tea while happily engrossed in playing Honkai Impact on my mobile phone. A curious onlooker, and a random person, sits beside me, observing my gameplay with interest.

"Dude, you completed the whole set of Herrscher's?!" A shout echoes through the stadium as a guy expresses his shock and excitement while glancing at my progress.

"Yeah, but the only thing I lacked was Herrscher of Rebirth. By the way, what do you think of HIMEKO," I respond, emphasizing my word, and noting the hollow look on his face.

"Dude, are you looking for a fight or something, it brings back my PTSD," he says, his eyes twitching. I can't help but laugh, realizing he's also a player.

Himeko, a well-known character in Honkai Impact 3rd, she was a beautiful woman with long red hair. She served as the first captain of Hyperion, a role passed down to players upon her death.

"You're lucky, man. The Herrscher of Rebirth banner was out just yesterday," he informs me. I'm shocked by this revelation, having neglected to check the banner.

"For real," I reply, hastily checking the supply and discovering Seele in the form of Herrscher of Rebirth.

Without second thoughts, I spin, wasting my crystals, the curious guy watching intently, while the original onlooker remains silent.

Joy fills me as I secure Herrscher of Rebirth in just one pull. However, the real surprise lies in the additional items – Judgement Skamash, Xuanyuan Sword, Black Abyss White Flower, and Oath of Judah.

The others are mere materials, but I'm thrilled to have finally completed the set of divine keys.

"Holy! Sh#t," the guy exclaims, sharing my excitement.

"Dude, help me too," he urges, grabbing his phone and entering the game, pulling something from the supply.

The three of us watch with curiosity as he unveils Herrscher of Cooking and Herrscher of Cup Noodles. Yet, what truly excites him is Himeko. "Finally, I completed my Himeko collection!"

"BEEP! BEEP!"

Suddenly, an alarm signals an earthquake. The guards in the P.E. center urgently call out, pointing towards an open space.

Walking side by side, we all head in that direction. My curiosity is piqued when I notice sparks in midair.

Being the curious guy I am, I touch the sparks, and suddenly, I feel a force pulling me in. A black hole forms within my hands, and the pull intensifies.

Frantically, I try calling out to someone, but I realize they can't see or hear me. Shouting would be futile, if they could see me, they might watch this with interest or horror.

Sighing, I surrender to the struggle, realizing that resisting would only deplete my energy. Silently, I offer a prayer, hoping that this force transports me to another world, turning me into an overpowered Isekai MC embarking on an adventure as a vacation. The plan is simple: once boredom sets in, I'll find a way back.

As everything goes blank, I feel like I'm floating in water or the sea, but everything is uncertain for me.

Opening my eyes, all I see is pure darkness. I try to move, but I can't, I attempt to swim, but it's futile. What am I supposed to do here?

For now, I decide to meditate to calm my nerves and forget about the passage of time. As I calm my mind and stop thinking, I don't notice that something is pulling me.

"Whoa there!" A voice interrupts my thoughts. "You're unlucky and lucky to get chosen."

I look at the person who tapped my forehead, noticing pinkish veins showing around my arms.

"You're confused, huh? Understandable, but I'm surprised that you aren't panicking." The beautiful girl with long white hair looks at me with interest.

I look away, a blush showing on my cheeks, making the girl giggle and hug my arm. "Are you blushing because I'm beautiful? Fufufu~" Her voice is like a melodious giggle passing through my ears.

"Alright, alright," she says, tapping my back. "I'm gonna explain your situation. You're in Imaginary space, and I'm here to help you get out of here."

"Also, I'll help you get a power, and you should take an important note of the cause and effect." She speaks as if she's experienced it herself.

"Thank you for your help, Miss Kiana," I answer, recognizing the person standing in front of me.

"Oh, you know me?" Kiana is shocked to learn that I know her. "Do I have another version of mine in your world? Am I popular because I'm cute there too? Well, as expected of the strongest Valkyrie such as me." She gives me a smirk.

"Uhm, no..." I answer, uncertain how to explain to her.

"Eh?" Kiana is shocked, making me confused about why she's so surprised. "I'm not popular despite how cute I am?" She asks as if the whole world is crumbling.

"Hahaha." I laugh at the misunderstanding due to my uncertain answer and explain. "No, no, you're popular, but you are a game character from my world." I point at my phone, showing Seele in the form of Herrscher of Rebirth. "See."

"Oh, I see." Kiana answers, regaining her energy, and nods in understanding. "So, in your world, I'm a game character. No wonder the Sea of Quanta is mysterious. By the way, what is your name? It's unfair that you know me, but I don't know you."

I nod in understanding and introduce myself. "I'm Jin Laskana, 19 years old, and a college student."

"Your last name sounds like mine," Kiana says as her face gets closer to mine.

Stepping back away from her face, I say, "Please refrain from making your face get closer; you're too beautiful for my own good."

"Fufufu~" Kiana giggles, finding my honest thoughts amusing. "Thank you, you're so honest. Oh, I almost forgot to explain to you the reason why you're here."

Kiana scratches her head, guilt evident in her eyes as she looks at me.

Hmmm... Don't tell me she's really the main cause of this?

Well, I'm not going to complain anyway now that I ended up getting Isekai.

"You see..." Kiana blushes, looking down at the ground and fidgeting. "When I was practicing the power of finality, I somehow managed to summon an apostle, which is you, and then, and then..." She stops and looks away.

"Due to me being in the Sea of Quanta and not knowing how to control my power, I almost turned you into a Honkai beast."

"I-I see." Despite wanting to facepalm at her cute actions, her cuteness soothes my mind despite the near transformation into a mindless monster. "Sigh, I forgive you. I can't blame you; it's bound to happen while practicing. I mean, that's why you're practicing, right? To learn."

Kiana brightens upon hearing my forgiveness and giggles. "You're earnest, just like Mei-Senpai." She gives me a super beautiful smile that makes my heart beat faster than normal.

Holy, she's so beautiful, and that smile is a cheat.

Seeing me blush, Kiana can't help but giggle at my reaction. "Are you perhaps falling for me?" She teases as if it's the most natural reaction.

"W-What are you talking about? First, we should understand each other, then start falling for each other."

"Falling for your appearance while not understanding you seems like baseless love," I say, letting everything that comes to my mind out. Yeah, I know from the game and everything about her.

But don't forget that this is reality now, and I don't fully know her well. Suddenly, I stop, realizing something.

Did I just tell her that I was interested in her?

Kiana looked at me with a smug smile, clearly enjoying what she had just heard. "Fufufu~ As expected of me! I even made you fall in love at first sight with me," she said, her annoying smug smile refusing to fade.

"Forget it," I replied, not wanting to endure any more teasing. "How can I get the power you're talking about?"

Upon hearing my question, Kiana seemed shocked, as if she had momentarily forgotten about that topic. "I almost forgot about that," she admitted, scratching her head. Suddenly, a mysterious wheel appeared out of nowhere.

My mouth twitched as I saw the wheel, realizing the rules the moment I set my eyes upon it. Apparently, I only had three spins.

"Ahem," Kiana cleared her throat to gather my attention, imitating a popular announcer. She closed her eyes and continued, "This is the Divine Key of the Wheel Of Fate."

"It has the ability to give random abilities and items, but it can only be spun three times by each person. Also, I can't control the wheel because I just picked it up in the Sea of Quanta while fishing," Kiana explained. I started to spin the wheel during her explanation.

I hit the jackpot, didn't I? It's first spin, and I got The Gamer. Sounds cool and all, but is it different from what I know? Also, I don't feel anything changing in my body at all.

"Status," I say, and a status window floats in front of me, confirming that it's similar to Han-Jihan's Gamer ability. It has Gamer's Mind and Gamer's Body as sub-skills, which are pretty overpowered themselves.

Kiana notices my excitement, looking confused as she tilts her head. "Did the thing you got make you good at games? Then, can you party up with me in the Homu Virtual world with Bronya? And don't worry, I would carry you around until you reach up to my level," she said, as if confused about the thing I got.

I looked at her with a gentle smile. If not for her summoning me, I wouldn't have gotten this type of ability. "I'll explain to you later," I said, planning to invite her into my party.

I mean, why not? I can ask her to help me level up while fighting Honkai Beasts. I doubt I would reach level 100 in no time. Also, in this place, there's probably a quantum beast too, which is stronger than a normal Honkai beast.
