Alex was elated at his stats increase, even his physical stats had increased to such a degree and he is a Wizard. He looked at his companion and wondered just how much Lily's physical stats increased. Sadly Intelligence and Wisdom can't be increased artificially like this. 

But he at least now had access to Legendary Rank Ice Magic, though he won't be able to use it. One needed to have the designated Class to use them. A Legendary Mage can't use Legendary Level Spells of other types of elements that aren't his own. Still, he knew that something like this doesn't diminish the versatility of a Mage.

Alex then took out a small wand of elder wood from his Space Storage and used his magic to spread it at the tip and put the God's Core on top.

'Now this is how you do it!' Alex rejoiced internally. He had just skipped so many steps in his Life Class Rank Up. Usually one would have to try hundreds of times to create an Item above his Life Class Rank and even spend a fortune on expensive items that would continue to get harder to acquire. 

But he had skipped all of this by just using Ice Goddess' Core and put it atop a stick, something that anyone could do, but this way he had now created a Legendary Artifact. This was all due to the Core that he had used, zero skill was required. Though Elder Wood was quite rare, it wasn't anything special in comparison.

Lily looked at Alex and frowned, because even while he had a calm look on his face. Something told her that he seemed happy. But in the end, decided to not disturb him and check out what was making this shaking of the Tomb.

*fwish*

In an instant, she disappeared from her previous place and appeared at the top in the cold snow. The snowstorm had stopped, but the sky was still cloudy.

Lily looked at her hands in amazement. She had just casually jumped up and walked sideways so fast that it seemed to her like everything was moving so slow and gravity didn't have any effect on her.

If Alex had seen this, he would have been able to conclude that Lily had reached an Agility 20, meaning that she, as a Rank 3, had already touched within the realms of Legendary Ranks. Alex was able to do so because of his Interface, but Lily had none of that.

Still, once a stat reached 20, it means that one gains a special ability from it. Intelligence had Photographic Memory, Agility had a state in which one felt everything around them moved so slow due to their speed.

Lily looked around and didn't see anything, but suddenly she felt something coming towards her. Instinctively she moved to the side, dodging something that she couldn't see, but she noticed the footsteps on the snow. It had lizard-like feet, so the creature wasn't human and it could turn invisible.

"Strange creatures live everywhere." She commented before taking out two blood-red daggers. 

"I agree with that." Came a sound behind her, and Lily's eyes widened in shock as a shadow settled over her.

It was a giant of a man, three times the size of a normal human, he was only wearing sabertooth skin to cover his lower body, and the creature's head on his own as a type of helmet. Every part of his body had rippling muscles.

Baam!

He punched down without mercy towards Lily whose body only reached a little over his knees. The size difference was enormous.

But as the snow settled down, the man looked down and saw that he hadn't punched anything but the ground. 

*burst*

Suddenly blood spews out of his arm, long slashes had appeared all over his arm. He got up and looked at his arm. "You attacked me while I punched you… in that instant, you inflicted over a hundred minor injuries."

*fwish*

Lily appeared standing on his shoulders, and slashed down, intending to stab her knives in his eyes.*clank* But instead it felt like she had hit metal, the man had closed his eyelids.

"Impressive, you aren't a Legendary Rank, but you move like one." The man complimented her, causing Lily to frown as even now he wasn't taking her seriously.

*BOOOOOM!*

Suddenly she was pushed back by an invisible pressure as the man's Ki exploded out of his body. Never before had she seen something like this, the Ki felt like it had color and even seemed to almost take on a physical form.

The man on the other hand had a grin on his face. Lily was now midair so she couldn't dodge. Like a bullet, he propelled himself off the ground, this time he planned to finish her. Ki gathered on his fist, the energy turned an angry red. "Sorry kid, but you gotta go now."

'I am going to be killed!' Lily was in shock, she knew that she would be splattered into the ground in less than a second.

But the attack didn't reach her as suddenly, as if out of nowhere, a giant ice spike appeared above the man's head.

BOOOM!!

Lily looked down and saw that the man had been pushed into the ground and with one hand was holding the giant ice spike. 

"Whew~ that was close!" The man complained, in a demeanor that didn't suit his fearless posture. He then looked behind him and a few dozen meters away saw Alex looking at him coldly. Unlike with Lily, the man threw away the ice spike and seemed to get into a serious stance as he crouched down like a tiger.

Alex on the other hand had a casual posture and pointed his wand at the man. "So? Did you sense the Ice Goddess' Core being taken too?"

The man didn't answer, instead, he looked at the wand, seeing the blue crystal at the tip he smirked. "Smart, for a kid that is." He mocked Alex. But unlike he expected, Alex wasn't bothered by it at all, and instead had a look on his face that said 'Was that supposed to hurt me?' 

He couldn't help but sigh. "Damn, kids are getting scarier these days. Those eyes of yours make me feel a tickle in my balls."

"I think the saying is that it's a tingle down your spine. Not a tickle in your balls." Alex stated as a matter of fact.

"Hehehe, if the circumstances were different, then we could have been friends." The man mumbled.

Alex on the other hand just shrugged. "Yeah, we would be friends, as flawed, awful, totally uncomfortable, and poorly matched friends. Absolutely."

"Well, that's just perfect." He joked.

"Also Lily just killed your invisible friend while we were talking." Alex pointed behind the man, and the latter back to see the head of a lizard held in Lily's hands.

Boom! Boom! Boom!... Crash!

Alex took this chance to bombard the man with giant ice spikes when he was distracted. He even took this chance to mock him. "Wow, can't believe that you fell for that. That takes a special kind of stupid to fall for it. This is like the oldest trick in the book."

A/N: The MC will use cheap tricks if it helps win a fight. Even emotional manipulation like killing this man's companion and using that time ofbshock to hit him.
