The screen in front of her was just the traditional disclosure agreement saying that the company making the machine could not be sued if any harm came to the user during the time they used the machine.

One thing that Adair noticed, though, while reading the terms and conditions, was that the language was not in Galactic Empyrean but in the language that George had taught her. She wondered why this was but came up with that Cassandra probably didn't want to manually translate everything for her, and once she found out that she could fluently read whatever language that George had taught her had just switched it to that.

Eventually, she hit the accept button on the bottom of the screen, and this was when she heard Cassandra say, "This is going to be a test to see how long you last, and don't worry, you can't be hurt during the test."
