Harry arrived early the next day and waited at the parking area, excited to see Gaia and their daughter, Aera, discharged from the hospital. Harry went into a frenzy yesterday to arrange everything before Gaia gets out. After a few minutes, Gaia and her family got out of the hospital with Aera in her arms.
“Welcome back,” Harry said with a huge smile. “I missed you, Aera.” He leaned forward, kissed his daughter's forehead, and looked back at Gaia. “I’m sorry I didn’t call you last night. I was tired of preparing for your new home.”
“It's fine. How did it go?” Gaia asked as they drove away.
“Everything was fine,” Harry said. “I bought the place already, and I want you to sign it so the title will be yours.”
Gaia fell silent before she got in the car. Harry paused and smiled at her.
“Don’t worry,” Harry said. “I bought the new home for you and our growing family. It would be nice that we already have our home before getting married, right? Besides, Aera will own it someday.”
