5 DAYS LATER TIME SKIP

After a bomb explodes in downtown central city area, a cabal of army soldiers, led by General Eiling, arrives at CCPD and takes over the case, much to Joe's surprise. Suspicious, Joe tells Barry after kai left that he and his friends at STAR Lab's should look into the Army's involvement. 

Wells informs the team that Eiling was experimenting on his men to turn them into super soldiers. Cisco confirms one of Eiling's soldiers, batte Sans Souci, was at the bomb site.

The Flash or barry tracks her down and realizes that she's not setting off the bombs, she is a Metta human who can blow things up just by touching them.

STAR LABS.

Caitlin" Barry?" Caitlin asks as she sees barry walk in while putting on a grey shirt.

Barry" Uh... Don't ask."

Cisco" I'm gonna ask. Where's my suit?"

Barry" It's... Gone."

Cisco" What do you mean, it's gone? What did you do with my suit?"

Barry" It blew up, dude. I managed to get out of it before it went, kaboom.

Cisco" My suit went kaboom."

Barry" Fun fact about Bette Sans Souci. She's not carrying bombs. She touched the emblem on the suit and turned it into a bomb. She's a meta-human."

Wells" With the ability to cause spontaneous combustion upon tactile contact." wells says walking in.

Cisco" She blew up my suit."

Caitlin" You have, like, three more."

Cisco" Okay, I have two. And I loved that one."

Barry" All right, what else do we know about her?"

Cisco" Oh, I don't know. She's pure evil. We're gonna find this girl and send her butt into the pipeline. No one blows my tech to smithereens and gets away with it... Unless she looks like that."

Wells" Well, her being a meta-human explains General Eiling's interest in her."

Joe" And why he stole the case from us. He didn't want anyone to know what she could do." Joe says as he walks in the lab.

Wells" Detective."

Joe" Doctor. So... Human bomb. Must be Tuesday in Central City."

Wells" Yes, and General Eiling's not one to give up a potential asset without a fight."

Kai" sigh, you can say that again." Everyone was startled As they heard a voice so familiar yet unfamiliar. of course, 2 people recognised that voice instantly.

Barry" kai,w..w"

Kai" stop stuturing and give this brother of yours a greeting hug." Barry walks to his brother and gives each other a good embrace before making eye contact with Cisco.

Kai" Cisco it's been a while you look good." kai says as he walks up to Cisco and hugs him as well.

Cisco" I'm doing well man not seen you in almost a year." kai smiles then greets wells then looks at Caitlin who's trying her hardest not to look flustered.

Kai" Your as beautiful as ever Caitlin." Kai says as he lifts her hand and kisses the back if it.

Caitlin" y,y,y, you too. I mean its also nice to see you too."

Kai" Hahaha, so who is this meta- human your fighting this time."

silence

Everyone was shocked by what kai had said. The only thing they could do was give a death glare at barry who tried to defend himself quickly.

Barry" Wait, I never told him. He figured it out on his own."

joe" when did you find out."

Kai" The moment he was struck by the lightning."

Caitlin" how does barry getting struck by lightening have anything to do with you."

Kai looks at Barry and asks him" You never told Joe or any of them."

Barry" You see...the thing is." Barry tries to explain as everyone was looking right at him. especially Joe.

Kai" sigh, tho I think Joe and wells have figured it out, I'll explain. Tho, not I identical in appearance were still twins. One of the magical mysteries associated with multiples is that they share a special connection beyond that of ordinary siblings. While the twin bond is a unique relationship, sometimes it's endowed with extraordinary, seemingly telepathic, qualities or connections, mentally and sometimes physically.

While the phenomenon is assumed to be more common in monozygotic or identical twins because they share a closer genetic connection, dizygotic, or fraternal twins, aren't excluded.

Caitlin" So because of your connection you were able to feel or see that something extraordinary happened to barry."

Kai" That's the gist of it. we had this connection since we were four years old. It had always stayed strong until the day the particle accelerator exploded. my connection to barry stayed as strong as ever but Barry's connection to me took a nosedive."

Wells whispers" interesting."

Kai" Anyway I need to talk to Caitlin in private for a second. Joe didn't you want to also talk to barry about something."

Joe nods at me and asks barry to follow him. while I indicate Caitlin to follow me.

Walking for five minutes we go to a floor that isn't used any more and kai sees a couch and gets an idea.

Sitting on the couch kai asks Caitlin to sit which she does and before she knew what had happened her body was spun around and was being given lap pillow from kai. she was embarrassed and wanted to stand up but kai spoke up first.

Kai" Barry told me a story about a brave man who sacrificed his life for central city." At this statement, Caitlin body shock, but stays still looking away from him. kai smiles and starts stroking Caitlins hair. which relaxes her after 5 minutes of continues stroking.

Kai" my mum Used to pet me like this when I was younger. she would always be there when I felt sad and depressed and these two simple actions of petting and talking always made me happy. I once asked her what if I fall I love with someone and I wasn't strong enough to protect her(them). To say she was surprised was accurate. But she wasn't shocked, instead, she sang me this song her mother or my grandpa sang when my grandpa died."

Kai started singing and Caitlin was so entranced by the first few lines that she finally turned to kai who had closed his eyes while still stroking her hair.

Kai" I know it's been a while since our eyes last met. Too many words were left unsaid. Your head was poking out of the driver's seat. Eyes full of tears, I couldn't leave.

No matter what I do, I still feel you coming back to me When I know that you never will. So before I say goodbye, would you do one last thing for me? Be happy.

And take, take her to the moon for me. Take her like you promised me. Say you love her every time like how you told me the last time. Someday I know we'll meet again. In heaven by the rainbow's end. And I only wish you happiness. Until we meet again.

He sang for another 2 minutes before finishing. looking down he sees Caitlin who had tears in her eyes and sobbing on his stomach. Bringing her up to his chest he gave her a hug and asked " feeling better now."

Caitlin" mhh, sob, thank sob you."

Kai" Your welcome."

Looking up Caitlin didn't know why but she went in to kiss kai, but she didn't feel his lips. opening her eyes she sees she was kissing Kai's forehead. looking at kai who was giving her a teasing look she could only hide her face on his chest in embarrassment

Kai" Hahahaha, before we do any of that stuff in which couples do, how about a date first."

Still having her head on Kai's chest all she does is nod in confirmation and excitement.

Kai' mhh, she's just as cute as kara. mhh But why is it whenever think about her I get chills down my spine. must be my imagination.
