Eir mentioned that the space they were in was something of a separate dimension, more like a pocket dimension that was grounded into the current one, and Eir also mention that it was a special one he took time o create. The man is a freaking god level being, or at least almost god level being. Dustin could imagine it being relatively easy for him to do such a thing.
