Rescuing David

We slowly approached the warehouse, I could see smoke coming from inside the warehouse it was old and rundown. I opened the door as quietly as I could, it was a very heavy door and it took all of us to open it.

When we stepped inside the warehouse was not that lit up so we made a torch and started looking around. When I looked into this one room I could see a friend of mine named Stan I went over to him so I could help him.

When I got closer, I saw that he was surrounded by old rusty nails. He turned to face me.

"Ben is that you" he asked

"Yeah it's me buddy" I said as I started kicking the nails out of the way.

When I got closer I saw that Stan had a few scratches on his back and he was barefoot. I lead him out of the circle and found his shoes. While he was putting his shoes on I saw something behind a wall and went over to see what it was. I kicked at the wall and it finally fell. I went in and Stan followed.

"Hey guys come here" I yelled for the others.

The other three came running in.

"O my gosh" Eddie said as he entered.

We all looked up to see David hanging by his hands.

"David are you alright" Kattie asked.

"Yeah I'm fine" he yelled back down.

Kattie saw some stairs and ran for them while she was she stepped on a stone and it went down she turned to she what was going to happen. We stood there for a good three minutes looking around. Kattie finally turned to face The Watcher. He grabbed her by the throat lifted her up and pushed a button that sent a bladed wheel at Kattie it hit her in the neck slicing her head clean off.

"No!" Screamed David.

I ran over to the stairs and got David down. When I turned around I saw Eddie coming up the stairs we both put Davids arms around us and started carrying him. Jj led the way with his bat in hands. When we finally got outside David dropped to his knees.

"David get up we have to go" Jj said.

"No let me die here" he said.

Me and Jj walked over to David and picked him up. I felt a violent force come through David I looked down to see a fist. I dropped David and turned to see that the Watcher had punched right through David. The Watcher pulled his fist back through David's corpse when I saw his hand again he had David's heart in his hands.

Eddie threw up so did Stan, me and Jj just stood there looking at what happened. The Watcher looked up and laughed.

"Well now he's out of the way to get the next on my list" then he turned and ran.

I was still standing there in shock.
