Nahor carefully looked at the ring. He observed its curves carefully. It was a diamond ring that glittered like the stars. It had a shine that çould be seen from a far.
It had a blue lining at the bottom. He had ordered it to be made specially for Neya.He was going to give it to her just after the banquet.
He wondered whether Neya would like it or not.
Why wouldn't she,"he said to himself. "It twinkles just like her eyes,"Nahor said as he smiled. The ring reminded him of Neya's blue eyes. Just one look into them and a whole load of stress would disappear from his mind.
"It will not be long Neya,"Nahor said to himself.
Nahor was patiently waiting for the right time to confess his feelings and also know about Neya's feelings. He was waiting for the right time to confess his feelings and he knew that time would not be long from then. He only hoped that everything would turn out well for him.
Neya was out thinking of what to do next. She had a lot on her mind. She was getting stressed out because of the things that she she had to deal with.
That night she had to talk with Jordan.
She did not know why but she had that feeling that Jordan would not fulfill his part of the deal. The way he spoke to her made her suspicions arise. She just could not help but think that Jordan was lying to her
"No," I am overthinking this. Jordan would never do this,"Neya said to herself.
She did not really want to doubt Jordan. Jordan had helped her a lot. And he was the only one whom she could share her feelings with and doubting him meant that she did not trust him. She did trust him. Very much indeed. She did not know why this sudden feeling came up but she did not want to feel it any longer.
All she wanted to do was get that thought out of her head.
It was giving her a headache.
She knew that everything would be over very soon. But she did not know why she was feeling that everything was going to take a sudden turn for her .She only wanted everything to go back to how it was.Her life with her grandma in their small village and the peaceful environment that surrounded them. The beautiful stream that flowed around their house. The beautiful song birds that kept on singing beautiful songs. The huge and old willow trees whose leaves were always moving because of the wind that blew from the Northern side. Oh how she missed that peaceful environment that she always enjoyed. But she missed her grandma the most.
It isn't that she did not like her new home but to her it never felt like home to her Even though she could have what ever she wished for and all she ever dreamed of. It was all nothing to her. Neya didn't care about all the wealth power or anything related to that. She knew that even if anyone had only that for the rest for the rest of his life they wouldn't bring him happiness. She knew that true happiness lied in love and family. She believed that and she knew her belief was right. She did not want all that wealth or anything. The only thing she wanted was to go back to her home and grandma. She was the only family that she had . Nothing else mattered to her more than that.
She knew that she would soon be home. That is what she believed. She was almost done with her task. She knew that it would not be long.
She was very sure of that.
