/"Isaac, you know that swearing is against your rules./" I fixed him a firm look and Isaac tilted his head to the side, looking genuinely confused.

/"What did I say?/"

Blake laughed louder. /"Yeah, Deek, what did he say?/"

/"Bastard is a no-no word, Eyes. You can't say it or you'll be breaking your rules./"

Isaac's face scrunched up. His hands curled tighter in my shirt and he glared at me. /"But I don't wanna break my rules cuz I want special time. But he really was being a real bastard, Daddy. He say doggy no have Scooby snacks./"

Blake's laughter almost drown out Oz's soft giggles. I was not quite as amused.

/"Right, say goodnight to Oz, Eyes./" Would it be cruel to punish him for saying it? I had told him not to and then he had done it again, which though didn't seem as though it had been done to deliberately, it did need correcting.

/"But I no know if his dowfin is safe,/" Isaac protested, kicking his feet.
