Chapter 4 Evil People

Then Jack and his companions collected as much food and water as possible and rushed to the place where the survivors were.

During this process, Sophia absorbed the energy crystal of the level-2 horn zombie and was successfully promoted to the level-2 zombie. She could control the length and hardness of her nails to fight against the enemy.

Jack led the group for a long time. Along the way, they had fought several times, but their opponents were all defeated successfully. In the evening, they finally arrived at the place where the survivors were.

The survivors' base was located in a villa group in the suburb. As soon as Jack and the others approached, several people with guns appeared in front of them to warn them.

"What are you doing? Is it a man or a zombie? Don't get close, or I will shoot you!"

"Hello, we are the survivors of this disaster. I heard that there is a base here, so I rushed over."

The guard heard Jack's words and said that he was going to report to the leader and ask them to wait here for a while.

After a while, a bald man in black followed the guard.

"Hello, young man. I'm Zane, the leader of the survivors' base," Then he reached out his hand.

"Hello, I'm Jack. They are my friends." Jack reached out to shake hands with him.

"We heard that there is a survivors' base here, so we rushed here. I hope you can let us in to have a look and learn more information." Said Jack.

"Okay, okay. It's time for our base to recruit all kinds of talents. You're here just in time!" Without being noticed, Zane glanced at the bags of food and water on Jack and the others.

"Young man, please come in. We must celebrate today. Welcome to join us." Said Zane enthusiastically.

Then Jack and the others entered the villa area. They were warmly treated by the survivors of the base. All kinds of hot dishes made Jack, who hadn't eaten hot food for days, almost swallow his tongue.

And there is wine here! Jack couldn't resist the enthusiasm of the people in the base. He drank one glass after another and soon got drunk.

The second day, when he opened his eyes, he found that it was already noon. He was holding Sophia in his arms. The strangest thing was that Hiwer was lying on the sofa not far away!

"Well," Jack's voice woke up Hiwer. She moaned and woke up too.

When she opened her eyes, she saw Jack staring at her.

"I... I'm afraid. I don't dare to sleep alone or stay too far away from you." Hiwer explained in shyness.

"It's fine." Jack gently rubbed her head.

"Remember to wake Sophia up for breakfast," Jack said and walked out of the room.

As soon as Jack walked out of his room, he found a young man standing not far from the room. As soon as he came out, the young man immediately walked up to him.

"Brother, our boss asked you to come over as soon as you woke up." He leaned over and said.

"Okay, lead the way!" Although it was a little strange, Jack didn't pay much attention to it.

Zane was standing in a pavilion with his hands behind his back, watching the fish swimming in the pond.

"Boss, are you looking for me?" Jack still called him as he did when he was drunk yesterday.

"Yes, I am looking for you." Zane looked at Jack and said with a faint smile.

"How does it feel to have two girls serve one husband?" Zane licked his lips crazily.

"What do you mean?" Even though Jack was slow, he realized that something was wrong.

"I mean, two beautiful women will belong to me in the future."

"And you? You are going to be chopped into minced meat and sent to the pond to feed the fish." Zane's plot was finally revealed.

"Are you courting death?" Jack got furious.

Jack's anger was confident. With the help of his shooting spear level and the ice-flaming desert eagle, it should be more than enough to deal with the forty or fifty ordinary people in the base, not to mention that he had nineteen tamed zombies.

As Jack spoke, he reached out to his arms and took out something, aiming at Zane's forehead.

Zane, whose head was supported by the desert eagle, didn't panic at all. Instead, he burst into laughter, and so did underling.

"Hahaha, what a fool! Look at yourself! What are you holding against my head?" Zane said in a voice dripping with sarcasm.

Jack took a look at the thing in his hand and found it was a wooden gun!

"You are so naive and lovely. How dare you drink so much with strangers you just met?"

"It's a piece of cake to take you down!" Zane continued to sneer.

"Don't be so arrogant." Jack silently began to contact the twenty zombie underling through zombie.

The tamed zombies won't get drunk at all. At this moment, when they felt Jack's call, they rushed out of their rooms and began to break through the encirclement of Zane.

Although there were five or six people with guns in Zane's underling, they were still ordinary people a few days ago. How good could they be good at shooting?

The tamed zombie members relied on their speed and strength far beyond ordinary people to deal with the people. Although they are short in number, the situation was obvious that they still had the upper hand.

At this moment, Sophia, dressed in a white windbreaker, jumped up from the roof and landed beside Zane in a few steps. Then she moved quickly and knocked down the last few guards beside Zane.

Sophia was a level-2 zombie.

"How is it now?" Jack asked. He wanted to see the panic on Zane's face.

Unfortunately, there was still a smile on his face.

"Let me tell you a secret. We can build this base not depending on how many people we have or how many guns we have."

"It all depends on me." Said Zane slowly.

"Stop talking nonsense with him. Let me get rid of him." As Sophia spoke, she whipped her leg towards Zane.

Without dodging, he grabbed Sophia's shin which was as fast as lightning.

"Your legs are so soft, but you are too slow." Holding Sophia's leg, Zane said obscenely.

"That's impossible," Sophia said after withdrawing her leg reluctantly.

"Why is it impossible? I'm different from you!"

"I'm a god!" Said Zane with a proud look.

"You don't believe me, hah?" Seeing that they didn't have any reaction, Zane asked.

"Yes, mortals are always stupid. They always don't believe in the existence of gods." It seemed that Zane had understood something.

Then he stretched out a hand crazily, and the three pairs of eyes in the pavilion were staring at his hand.

A moment later, the air around his palm twisted, and a burning flame appeared on it.

"Hahaha, see? This is a great miracle!" Zane laughed crazily.

Then his whole body was set on fire, turning into a burning man!

"System, what's going on?" Jack asked the system for help.

"When the meteor fell, it was a kind of evolution powder. But most people's bodies couldn't accept it, so they lost control and turned into zombies."

"The rarest group of human beings can absorb the dust of strength to a certain extent, and then evolve and acquire the ability."

"This human has obtained the lowest level of evolution. He can transform his body into elements, but its power is relatively low and it can last for a very short time."

"Can we deal with him now?" Jack heard from a system that Zane's defects and lit up hope again.

"No way!" System answered firmly.

"Go to hell!" Zane drew a fire line in the air and swept towards Jack and Sophia.

"We can't wait to die." Jack was ready to give it a try.

"Ding, the third draw of host has been paid. The draw begins!"

"Two awards have been unlocked for you."

"1. An airplane with ultrasound."

"2. An awakening stone of the highest fire-type special power the fire god, Murphy Tito's anger."

Hearing this, Jack smiled like a survivor of a disaster.
