"Can you please give me the account ledger, I need to check something, also inform the commander of the knights that I will be visiting the training rounds later in the day", Athena said as she sat on the table

"Yes Empress", the maid as and walked out

"Athena", Deimos said as he walked inside the office

"Yes Deimos", Athena answered

"What kind of habit do you call this, how could you leave your husband sleeping by himself just to work?", Deimos asked her as she placed his hands on her desk staring at her

"Oh it's about that, you looked so cute when you were sleeping so it seemed immoral to work you up", Athena said to him

"Don't use that line on me", Deimos said

"You're such a cute husband", Athena said and smiled at his

"Yesterday was our coronation and now you're busy with work, when will you have time to spend time with your husband?", Deimos asked her

"You can work with me if you wish", Athena said which just made Deimos look at her as if she were speaking a foreign language

"I'm starting to think that I should give the Emporer's throne to you my love", Deimos said to her as she sighed. Never in his life had he met someone as strong-minded as the woman who sat in front of him. The goddess surely took her time choosing her as his mate

"Okay, okay, you win I will spend the rest of my day sitting in this office I'm trying to desperately get away from", Deimos said as he went to sit down on the couch

"Dramatic", Athena said softly and rolled her eyes. All she wanted to do was fix the issues of the Palace before they caught up and ruined the North, but the person who was supposed to be doing so was busy whining about spending time together. How ironic.

"How about we go out together today, people need to see who their empress is", Deimos suggested

"We both know you're not suggesting that for the people's sake", Athena said as she gave him the "I know you" look

"Is it wrong for me to want my wife's attention?", Deimos asked

"No, okay Deimos, let us head to the training ground and later on we shall go to the market", Athena said which pleased Deimos very much

The couple walked together out of the office and to the training grounds, Deimos' actions surprised everyone, he was very close to his wife as he held her hand and kept smiling at her

"Are you sure you aren't the descendent of wolves instead?", Athena looked at Deimos for the answer

"How funny, but I'm sure", Deimos said and pulled Athena closer to him

"I already feel the urge to bite into your neck and taste your blood my wife", he whispered into her ears and walked on

"Did you have to remind me of that?", Athena asked as she walked to catch up with Deimos

"Don't worry, it'll be very satisfying", he said and took her hand once more as they proceeded to go to the training ground
