Chapter 32 - The 9 Primarchs
The Imperium Dominus continued to expand its reach under the leadership of the Primarchs. With their Astartes legions at their command, they pushed the borders of the empire to 15 galaxies within just three years. Their military might and strategic brilliance were unmatched, and they brought justice and order to every corner of the vast intergalactic empire.
In the northern part of the Imperium Dominus, the Primarchs Valerian Ironclaw, Novastra Wolfsbane, and Titus Thunderwrath led their legions, the Dark Angels, the Space Wolves, and the Ultramarines, respectively. These Primarchs were formidable warriors and leaders, and their legions followed them with unwavering loyalty.
In the eastern part of the empire, Magnus Stormrider, Calista Solaris, and Isolde Moondancer ruled over their legions, the Thousand Sons, the Blood Angels, and the Word Bearers. Each Primarch brought their unique strengths to the table, whether it was the mastery of psychic abilities, the angelic grace in battle, or the power of faith and conviction.
In the western part of the Imperium Dominus, Horus Darkbane, Aetherius Shadowfall, and Mordecai Ashbringer commanded the Luna Wolves, the Night Lords, and the Death Guard. These Primarchs were shrouded in mystery and fear, using their powers of fire, illusion, and death to strike terror into the hearts of their enemies.
The Primarchs, as sons and daughters of Fafnir and Esdeath, each possessed extraordinary abilities and talents that made them formidable leaders and warriors. Their legions were composed of Astartes, each trained to be the epitome of perfection in combat, strategy, and loyalty.
As the Imperium Dominus expanded, it faced new challenges and enemies, but with the combined strength of the Primarchs and their legions, they emerged victorious time and time again. The galaxy trembled at the might of the intergalactic empire, and many who once opposed them now sought their protection and guidance.
Within the Imperium Dominus, the Primarchs were revered and respected, not only for their power but also for their wisdom and benevolence. They understood the importance of justice and order and worked tirelessly to ensure a better future for all within their dominion.
Imperial Year 0190 marked a turning point for the Imperium Dominus, as its influence and power extended across the galaxies. With the Primarchs at the helm, the intergalactic empire continued to thrive and bring prosperity to countless worlds, forging a path of progress and unity in the vastness of space. And as the Imperium Dominus expanded its reach, so did the legend of its Primarchs, whose names would echo through the annals of history as the paragons of justice, strength, and leadership, from 11 Galaxies extending to 15 Galaxies.
32.1 - A Physical Manifestation of a Star God
As the Primarch of the Ultramarines, Titus Thunderwrath, encountered a strange and terrifying event during his conquest of galaxies. He came across a race that was being devoured by a powerful Star God, a being with unimaginable powers that fed on stars and souls. The alien race that had summoned and given form to the Star God now found themselves being consumed by the very entity they had summoned.
Upon witnessing this horrifying sight, Titus knew that immediate action was required to save the souls of millions and prevent further devastation. He pondered the situation and came up with a decisive plan to eliminate the avatar of the Star God and safeguard the lives of the endangered race.
In communication with his father, Fafnir, who had dealt with similar Star Gods before "I simply annihilated it's soul with divine power, for your case use the Astra Nexus, the Artificers had been pestering me on finding a Star God lately, give it to them after you take it down"
Titus nodded "By your will Father"
The plan was straightforward but required precision and swift execution. Titus called for the deployment of the Astra Nexus, a small and seemingly unremarkable device with immense power. The Astra Nexus was a creation of the Imperium's finest Artificers, who harnessed the chaotic and powerful force of Honkai Energy to construct it.
When activated, the Astra Nexus generated a singularity of Honkai Energy, creating an extradimensional space capable of containing the energy of 10,000 stars. Within this pocket dimension, time and physics followed different rules, enabling it to contain even the most formidable entities like Star Gods and their avatars.
Titus and his forces launched a calculated and coordinated attack on the Star God's avatar. They employed their formidable military prowess and the Astra Nexus to trap and contain the entity, preventing it from causing further harm. The avatar struggled against its confinement, but the power of the Astra Nexus proved to be an impenetrable barrier.
With the avatar subdued, Titus and his forces transported it to a secure location within the Imperium Dominus, where it would be studied and its threat assessed. The Primarch's strategic brilliance and courage in the face of overwhelming odds earned him even more respect among his fellow Primarchs and Astartes.
The incident with the Star God served as a testament to the Imperium Dominus' ability to face and overcome cosmic challenges. The conquest of galaxies and the preservation of lives were undertaken with the utmost determination, and the Imperium's expansion continued under the wise guidance and leadership of Fafnir and his Primarchs.
As the Imperium Dominus grew stronger and its influence expanded, it encountered countless wonders and dangers among the stars. Each triumph and challenge only further solidified its position as an intergalactic force to be reckoned with, spreading the light of justice and order across the vastness of the universe. And at the heart of this mighty empire stood the God Emperor, Fafnir, his Primarchs, and their Astartes legions, the pillars of strength and guardians of peace in a chaotic cosmos.
32.2 A Confrontation Between Order and Chaos
As Fafnir, the Divine avatar of Imperium Dominus, roamed the vast expanse of the multiverse, he couldn't help but be curious about the workings and life within different universes. He peered into various dimensions, witnessing worlds of wonder, beauty, and harmony. However, one particular universe caught his attention, he sensed the formidable energies of chaos and it filled him with disgust.
In the 40K Verse, the Imperium of Man, Fafnir saw a realm mired in war, destruction, illness, and depravity. It was a universe plagued by constant struggles, with countless factions vying for dominance. The sight of humans facing unimaginable horrors, along with the emergence of demons and chaos, brought back memories of the past where he played the games, playing as a Space Marine, and the Imperium of Man was made a template for Imperium Dominus.
Fafnir's smile revealed both nostalgia and resolve. He knew that his Imperium Dominus had evolved beyond the limitations of the Imperium of Man, surpassing it in power, unity, and prosperity. But seeing the familiar universe also reminded him of the suffering and challenges the Imperium of Man endured.
Feeling a deep sense of responsibility and a desire to bring peace and order to the troubled 40K Verse, Fafnir decided to intervene. With a simple wave of his hand, he harnessed the immense power at his disposal. Imaginary tentacles formed, stretching across the space-time fabric and serving as passages for his mighty forces.
The God Emperor of Imperium Dominus was about to extend his hand to the Imperium of Man, intervening to bring about change and perhaps a brighter future.
In the heart of the Immaterium, a realm of chaos and malevolence, a powerful presence made its presence known. Fafnir, the God Emperor of Imperium Dominus, stepped forth into this turbulent domain, his divine aura radiating with an overwhelming sense of order and strength. The Chaos Gods, Tzeentch, Khorne, Slaanesh, and Nurgle, immediately sensed the intrusion and felt a force unlike any they had encountered before.
"Who dares to trespass upon our realm?" roared Khorne, the Blood God, his rage fueling the fiery chaos around him.
"An Outer God, it seems," hissed Tzeentch, the Changer of Ways, his form twisting and contorting with every word.
"A God of Order, disrupting our domain," sneered Slaanesh, the Dark Prince, the embodiment of excess and pleasure.
"And yet, there is an aura of life and renewal about him," pondered Nurgle, the Lord of Decay, his putrid realm exuding a foul stench.
Fafnir stood tall, his eyes fixed on the Chaos Gods, undeterred by their hostility. "Greetings, Chaos Gods. I am Fafnir, the God Emperor of Imperium Dominus, and I have come to speak with you," he declared.
"Speak? To us?" scoffed Khorne. "You are nothing but an intruder in our domain, an anomaly we shall eradicate!"
Fafnir remained composed. "I seek a dialogue, not a battle. I offer you a chance to embrace order and abandon the path of chaos. The Imperium Dominus stands for justice, progress, and unity. Join us, and together, we can bring stability to the galaxy."
"Order? Ha! We thrive on chaos, on the emotions and actions of mortals," retorted Slaanesh, her seductive voice laced with arrogance.
"As if we would bow to the whims of an outsider," sneered Tzeentch, his ever-shifting form embodying deceit and intrigue.
"And I find your concept of order amusing, considering the countless plagues and diseases I spread across the universe," chuckled Nurgle, his pestilent realm oozing with decay.
Fafnir sighed, knowing that the Chaos Gods would not easily be swayed. "Very well, if you reject my proposal, then prepare for war," he declared.
As he spoke these words, the Imaginary Space's tentacles, conduits of Honkai energy and power, surged forth, linking the Immaterium to the Imaginary Space. An infinite horde of Honkai Beasts, ranging from Radical Level to Emperor Level, emerged from the tentacles, descending upon the realms of the Chaos Gods with relentless fury.
The forces of chaos found themselves overwhelmed as Honkai Beasts clashed with Daemon Beasts, Greater Daemons, Daemon Princes, and even Daemon Primarchs. The raw honkai energy released upon the death of Honkai Beasts clashed with the psychic energy found in the Immaterium, creating cataclysmic explosions that shook the very fabric of the realm.
"I offered you a chance to survive, but now I will bring order and light to your Grim Dark Universe, even if it means wiping your consciousness from existence," Fafnir's voice resonated with undeniable authority.
"But... not for now," he continued with a tone of superiority, "The Universe you fools reside in will not let me project my power across the great expanse, at least not yet. You are lucky, for the Universe I reside in exists a trillion ish years before yours, so it is understandable."
Fafnir's words were dripping with arrogance as he mocked the Chaos Gods, "Nevertheless, I am quite free. I can explore universes across the great expanse, unlike you fools, stuck in a Galaxy and not even comprehending the fact that the Tyranids are incoming in droves to devour your precious mortal souls that empowers you."
His smirk was palpable, a clear indication that Fafnir considered the Chaos Gods and their predicament to be beneath him. He was a being of unparalleled power, able to traverse the multiverse with ease while they were confined to a single galaxy, struggling to maintain control and fend off threats.
Tzeentch, the Architect of Fate, spoke with his ever-shifting voice, "You dare threaten us, Outer God? We are the embodiment of Chaos, the architects of destiny. Your empty promises of order and light hold no sway in this realm of eternal turmoil!"
Khorne, the Blood God, bellowed with fury, "You speak of wiping our consciousness from existence? We are eternal, unyielding! Your bravado will be your downfall, 'God Emperor.'"
Fafnir's smile remained unwavering, "You misunderstand, Chaos Gods. I do not seek your destruction out of petty vengeance or desire for power. My purpose is to bring order and justice to the universe, to safeguard the innocent from your insatiable thirst for chaos and suffering."
Slannesh, the Dark Prince, spoke with a seductive purr, "Order and justice, you say? How...mundane. Your talk of light and order, it bores me to no end. Come, let us indulge in the ecstasy of chaos and pleasure. Embrace your desires, Outer God, and revel in the chaos we offer."
Fafnir's eyes glinted with amusement, "Ah, Slannesh, you always did have a way with words. But I am already spoken for, my dear. You see, I am married."
Nurgle, the Lord of Decay, chuckled with a sickly wheeze, "Married, you say? Well, well, well, even the mighty 'God Emperor' cannot resist the allure of love and decay."
Fafnir nodded, "Indeed, I have found love and purpose in my existence, something that transcends the endless cycle of decay and rebirth. It is a power that you, Chaos Gods, will never comprehend."
And with that Fafnir disappeared from the Immaterium.
They had encountered a being of immense power, an "Outer God," as they called him, who spoke of a grand plan to bring order to the grim dark universe.
Yet, Fafnir's departure did not bring an end to the Honkai beasts' relentless assault. As he had promised, even without his full projection of power, his soldiers from Imperium Dominus appeared sporadically in the 40k universe, striking at moments of humanity's greatest peril. Their arrival was swift and decisive, turning the tide of battles against the forces of chaos, tyranids, orks, and necrons alike. With their arrival came hope, a glimmer of light amidst the darkness of the grim dark universe.
The Chaos Gods, ever watchful, sought to stop these interlopers from Imperium Dominus, only to be met with a warning from Fafnir himself.
He allowed the Chaos Gods to focus their attention on his Legions. "Fight my Legions wherever they may land in your realm or in the material plane, and relish the clash of powers," he taunted, his voice echoing in their minds.
The Chaos Gods were eager to take on this new challenge, believing they had the upper hand in their domain. They eagerly awaited the arrival of the Legions, expecting a swift and decisive victory over these newcomers. But Fafnir's parting words held a subtle warning.
"However," Fafnir's voice echoed once more, "Should you attempt to stop them while they are still being transported, beware. My divine light shall burn you to ashes." The Chaos Gods were not unfamiliar with the concept of divine power, but the arrogance of this Outer God had piqued their curiosity. They pondered the extent of his true capabilities and wondered if they could truly match him in a direct confrontation.
The name "Imperium Dominus" left the Chaos Gods perplexed. They knew the term "God Emperor" from their encounters with the Emperor of Mankind on Terra, but this new entity, Fafnir, claimed the title of God Emperor as well. The distinction between the two was puzzling, and it added another layer of mystery to this powerful being that had emerged from the vast cosmos.
As time went on, Imperium Dominus became synonymous with hope and salvation, a beacon of light in the darkest corners of the universe. The appearance of its legions, akin to the enigmatic "Legion of the Damned," bolstered the spirit of those fighting for survival, inspiring courage and resolve against overwhelming odds.
For the Chaos Gods, Fafnir's warning lingered, and the memory of their encounter with the God Emperor of Imperium Dominus fueled their apprehension. They knew that when Fafnir returned, it would be the end of chaos as they knew it. The very thought sent a chill through the Immaterium, a realm that thrived on their malevolence.
As the cosmic tapestry of the universe continued to unfold, the fate of the grim dark universe remained uncertain. The Forces of Chaos were left to ponder their next move, as they prepared for the inevitable return of Fafnir, the God Emperor, and the power of Imperium Dominus, a force of order and light that threatened to extinguish their malevolent reign.
