Theron left his father's office with a mix of excitement and curiosity. The invitation from the king was a significant opportunity for their family, and he was eager to experience the royal court and meet the influential figures his father mentioned.

As he walked through the halls, the smell of food wafted through the air, reminding him that it was already lunchtime. He made his way to the dining room, where the long table was already set with an array of dishes. The servants had outdone themselves, as usual.

Theron's mother, Allyza, was seated at the head of the table, reviewing some papers while she waited for him.

"Ah, Theron," Allyza greeted warmly as he entered the dining hall. "You're just in time. Come, sit. How was your training today?"

"It went well, Mother," Theron replied with a smile on his face as he took his seat beside her. "Father mentioned the invitation from the king. Do you already know about it, Mother?"
