After the battle, the Xion family immediately went back to their estate together with Elias. A moment of peace prevailed after Elias courageously asked the knights not to chase after them.

On their estate, Charlize was patiently waiting in the living room, her heart racing with anticipation. She had a big smile on her face as the maids announced her family's arrival.

"Are they here yet?" she asked her maid, Mathilda, a tall woman of about 30. Mathilda had long black hair and a pair of black eyes. She had been working in the estate for a decade.

Mathilda respectfully nodded. "Yes, My Lady. They're at the gates already," she replied, a warm smile spreading across her face as she gently caressed Charlize's wavy hair.

Charlize's eyes brightened with relief and joy. "Yayyyy!" she murmured, standing up to greet her family. She could hardly contain her excitement as she made her way to the entrance hall.
