Even if Spade had already anticipated that Levin would come and talk to him, he was still quite surprised when the alpha arrived to talk to him. 

It was early in the morning; Arren and Spade had breakfast, and it was still 7 a.m., so he was still a bit sleepy. However, he couldn't sleep either anymore. 

Spade wasn't as busy this day; it was like after the monthly assembly he would have a day off the next day. It was also because something big was about to happen that he was already doing his best to be with Arren. 

They were only about to check something in Spade's study when they both stopped. There, in front of the door, sat Levin. He was leaning on the door; his eyes were blank as he looked into the distance. Even if they couldn't see his face closer, it was obvious that the alpha had been awake the whole night with how exhausted he looked.
