My body felt incapable of tearing itself away from Runihura. My mind despite my own protests could not even imagine being out of his arms, as he held me so tightly I was surprised we had not merged. For once it did not feel like he was the only one emitting heat as he kissed me to the point it felt like I could barely breathe.
Even though I was meant to be focusing on him, behind my closed eyelids it felt like I constantly saw different color lights that somehow carried emotion with them as well.
There were bright red hues that made my heart swell with a happiness I had never felt in my life. There were hues of orange and yellow that bought a heat that I knew all too well. It was the same heat that Runihura's body gave off.
