What drives the mind?
What provokes the soul?
Who controls the body?
What has captured the heart?
And is any of it righteously stirring the spirit?
Push
Pull
Grab
Snatch
Either suppressing the truth
Or on the attack
Choose ye this day
Choose everyday
Not just in obligation
But also with cooperation
Such that outlasts each and every nation
It takes everything
Even when there's nothing
Believing through discouragement
Having faith as a source of encouragement
Meant to lead us to the truth
But, do we want it?
Facts are facts without a change
No matter who or what it pains
We either grow from it and stand
Or stay the same
Because any work for God shall not be in vain
It's one thing to do things out of obligation and feeling like you owe something or someone. While we do owe God everything, He wants us to come willingly. To come because we want to, not only because we should. Because if we want to, it'll push that desire to becoming holy. Which means, we will work as hard as possible to carry out God's Word and live by His purpose/plan. But again, we must want to out of the free will that God has granted us to have.
