Balance - (Writer's Expressive Piece - 3)
To have stability in this mess of a world
Here is a message to every boy and every girl
Let's not stand on uneven ground
Let's help each other when we are falling down
Don't let the devil be a fight that's so secluded
We cannot win if the LORD is not included
Sometimes you think that you have gained lot of grasp
And other times you wonder how long it'll last
Then there are moments where you come to understand
This is a battle
Can leave you rattled
You push and push, but then you're never truly settled
The state of mind
The pressured time
Is it too late to turn and start again?
Peace be unto you my shaken friends
Things are sure to happen
They are going to happen
We can't change those things that God allows to happen
But we can trust
We can love
Seek and strive towards everything that's set above
Take the time
Use this time
Value time
Go through Christ to find that peace and sense of balance
They aren't hiding
They're not dying
They're here to help you and acknowledge how you're trying
And in faith, oh in faith
You will see eternal life that's true and shining
The flaws we have, the society we live amongst, and the mistakes we make have us believing that we are just a tornado waiting to destroy everything, everyone, and ourselves. The instability of this life (thanks to Satan) is intoxicating. We need balance. God is that balance. His Beloved Son is peace that leads to balance. They level us out and transform us to become righteous and holy. It will take some time for sure, but, all will work out in the end. So long as we trust and believe.
