Chapter 58: Alerting The FBI

In a flash, we were back at Mike's place and ready to do a celebratory dance. Getting evidence against Oscar was the tough part. We were contemplating how to get the wheels in motion with the law, when Mike walked in.

"Mike!" I almost shouted, "What a pleasant surprise!"

"I thought I'd pass by and see how you guys are doing," he said.

I introduced him to everyone and asked him to join us for dinner. His awestruck expressions on meeting the Toon boys and Aunty Tee were hilarious. I told him about our day's win - gaining the damning clues that Oscar was involved in nefarious activities.

"Sid, I know the Director of the Criminal Investigation Division in the FBI. If you forward that conversation to me, I can give it to him to check it out. He may also want to meet you personally to know more." As usual, Mike came to the rescue. His support was unwavering.
