Chapter Sixteen She Loved It For Ten Years
The two left Duncan Manor in the afternoon.
While in the car, Wennie Brown said, "You should be able to see Grandpa's attitude. He doesn't support our divorce very much. What are you going to do next?"
Flynn Duncan looked out the window and sighed, "We can get the divorce certificate first, keep it from grandpa, and tell him slowly later."
Sure enough, he still chose this way, and he didn't mean to change at all.
Even if grandpa said harsh things to him, even if he kept it from grandpa and disobeyed grandpa.
Wennie Brown was breathing heavily, and every breath was like a knife cutting.
She lowered her eyes, nodded silently, and said hoarsely, "Okay, when are you going to get the divorce certificate?"
Flynn Duncan flipped through the schedule on his phone, "I'm busy these days, wait until next Monday."
"OK."
Seeing Wennie Brown's straightforward response, Flynn Duncan pursed his lips and gave her a few glances.
