Chapter Fifty-third
"Flynn what are you doing?"
It was getting dark, old Mrs. Duncan said, "It's no use waiting here. Wennie still has a head injury, why don't you go back with Wennie, wait for your grandpa to come out of the operating room, and then let JaMEs Duncan call you ."
"No." Wennie Brown immediately refused, holding one of the old Mrs. Duncan's arms, "Grandma, I won't go back, I want to wait here with you."
Regardless of whether grandpa has an accident or not, she must be the first to see grandpa.
"Grandma, we'll wait here with you." Flynn Duncan also said.
Old Mrs. Duncan didn't say anything when he saw that they insisted.
After another two hours, the red light at the door of the operating room finally turned green.
Wennie Brown, Flynn Duncan, JaMEs Duncan and old Mrs. Duncan stood up at the same time and waited for the doctor to come out at the door of the operating room.
