This felt like a much more direct attack than just this.

The chances of someone attacking while they were in the middle of the meeting were not low.

However, before he could say anything, a Nordic rune appeared over his body alongside the valkyry accompanying him.

His eyes widen a bit.

He now had an idea of the individual who was behind it all.

As the magic circle appeared over his body, all that he could do was just grit his teeth and mutter out.

"Loki"

As those words left his mouth, the rune activated alongside the magic circle, sending the god back to his own pantheon.

Far away from the current battle.

"That one down" Loki added before his gaze went toward the Holy Grail.

With everyone currently fighting, it was quite easy for him to just walk to the Grail...a destructive orb of energy hit him doing significant damage to his body.

Loki somehow managed to heal it off in seconds, his gaze then turned to the devil king who had sent that attack.

Loki looked a bit annoyed.

Welp, that was one person he needed to take care of...

There were 3 people if he counted the angel and that gray-haired chick next to his opponent.

"So this was your goal the whole time.....the holy grail" Sirzechs added looking at the trickster god.

Loki smiled at the man but said nothing, he was a timer here.

"I would love to chat but destiny awaits" Loki added as he watched cracks forming on the holy grail.

The power contained inside was too immense, over the past 400 years, it has been trying to get out.

It was only a matter of time before it shattered once again releasing all of this power back into the world.

However, what Loki wanted was to get all that power for himself and destroy the world with it.

He would do what Takeo's earlier reincarnation had started and would not lose.

He would kill all life on earth.

Chaos was fun, he had asked the hero if they wanted to join but they rather not sacrifice their member.

That was a shame, their sacred gear users were quite strong.

Welp, time to beat up a few devils and angels.

Asia was seen healing the knockout, Akeno.

it seemed as if the blade she had been pierced with was poisoned.

Her breath seemed to have become ragged, her skin was becoming paler and her temperature was decreasing at an alarming speed.

The only reason she seemed to be still alive was her sheer will and Asia's healing.

Rias looked at this and wanted to help, there was something that she could do to help but it was too risky.

She was now getting used to using her power of destruction to target smaller stuff, she used it to cancel out Riser's healing, and she had used it again to cancel out Kokabiel's defensive magic and destroy or reduce the output of his light spears.

She had done it countless on Takeo, she could disable a trait of someone with precise control.

However this wasn't one of those situations, Akeno's life was in danger, and if she messed up it would be over.

Unlike with Takeo who her magic barely seemed to affect, if she messed up with Akeno, her friend could die.

This was not something that she wanted to deal with.

However, she did not want her friend to die.

She was in a turmoil.

Taking in a deep breath, Rias approached Akeno.

She could hear her rasped breathing.

"Everything will be okay," Rias said softly trying to reassure her friend and herself.

She needed to believe this.

Everything had to turn out okay.

They just had to.

Taking in a deep breath, she prepared to do it, she was shaking a bit however she felt Akeno's hand touch her which caused her to freeze.

Rias looked at Akeno's weakened state, she could feel how cold Akeno's hand was getting, and Asia was starting to realize her healing power was not doing it.

She needed more.

Asia suddenly felt as if her healing power had been multiplied by 16 times its original amount.

Looking up, she saw the figure of Issei.

"I could stand there and watch..." The boy said scratching the back of his head.

Asia thanked Issei for his help before she started to use her sacred gear to heal Akeno a a much faster speed.

However, the poison was still there.

It needed to be destroyed.... completely destroyed.

Asia's job was to make sure the poison stayed contained in one spot while Rias' job was to make sure to destroy it completely while making sure Akeno did not get hurt too much.

Takeo could be seen slaying, thousands of low-level soldiers rushing toward him.

Rizevim smiled a bit upon noticing this, he did not care that his experimental nephilim was being destroyed.

He thrived in the challenge.

In his point of view, he saw that Takeo was just a burning son, bursting to be awakened.

He felt like he could poke this bear for longer and with a smile on his face said.

"Did you know that your lover is probably dead"

"Get on with it" Takeo's voice sounded rather cold, he was in no mood for dialogue.

"You break my heart, do you know how hard it was to get Hydra's Venom and some of Jörmungandr's blood"

The man added with a smile.

Takeo heart dropped....no, there was no way, right?

The holy grail was starting to show more and more cracks as the immense power hidden within wanted to be unleashed upon the world.

The whole whole seemed to shake....as what seemed to be a roar from hell itself could be heard.

A big dragon who was sleeping opened its yellow eyes.

it felt it...his rival had returned.
