Spirit Powers --- Are found inside one's body and are supplies of ethereon.

Spirit stones ---Are usually absorbed by the demon externally to get different types of ethereon.

Ethereon has hundreds of types but the most major and rare ones are: Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, Lightning, Ice and these are only found in spirit stones, never as spirit power. A specie of demon has the same spirit power throughout its generations while power stones can be used on anyone and everyone. One demon is able to sense the spirit power of another demon and tell its kind. Athena also showed him the tattoo but he didn't know what it was.
