Should I write a letter to Professor Broad?

Since leading Professor Smith into the Ravenclaw Common Room, Albert had been hesitating whether he should inform Professor Broad about this matter.

He could sense that Professor Smith's entry into the Ravenclaw Common Room was not solely for the purpose of obtaining the Ravenclaw treasure. It was for something else, or rather, Professor Smith wanted to confirm something.

Albert felt that the Bronze Book from the Ravenclaw Common Room was probably in Professor Broad's possession. He wanted to complete the task and claim the reward.

The benefits of upgrading the Wizarding Bloodline were quite evident, particularly the increase in his magical power. A wizard's magical power had a limit. Generally, by the time one graduated from a wizarding school, their magical power would reach its peak, and it wouldn't increase any further.

The stronger the magical power, the more potent the magic used would be.

Most powerful Dark Magic required a strong magical foundation. The Killing Curse (Avada Kedavra) was a prime example. Even a lower-level wizard casting it would, at most, cause some nosebleeds.

This was one of the reasons why most pure-blood wizards were proud and arrogant. Admittedly, the magical power of most pure-blood wizards was indeed stronger than that of Muggle-borns.

If he could upgrade the Wizarding Bloodline to Level 5, he could try wandless magic.

Tom Riddle was a perfect example. When he was young, he could use magic quite crudely. That was because his magical power was strong enough. If one were to quantify his innate talent, it would be at least Level 4.

As for Dumbledore, he should also be at least Level 4.

However, Dumbledore's magical power was likely beginning to decline. His current strength was mostly due to his wisdom, experience, and his invincible Elder Wand.

Voldemort being thoroughly defeated by Dumbledore was not without reason. After all, who let Dumbledore wield the Elder Wand?

"Do you think Dumbledore would allow students to participate in something so dangerous?" Albert casually continued eating his plate of black pudding, glanced at Fred, and said with a hint of annoyance.

How could Dumbledore allow students to go on such a risky adventure?

However, Albert's words could deceive others, but Fred, George, and Lee Jordan didn't believe him because he didn't give a direct answer. This indicated that he might know something.

The three of them exchanged glances and understood each other's meaning. They decided to ask Albert when they were back in the dormitory.

Just then, an owl flew over and dropped a package in front of Albert, nearly knocking over a jar of jam.

"Looks like it's from Hagrid." Fred grabbed the package before anyone else and glanced at the sender's name. He helped Albert open the package and handed him the box.

Albert opened the box and looked at the furry drawstring pouch inside, falling silent.

"What's this?" Fred asked curiously.

"I don't know."

"There's a note inside." George reminded.

Albert picked up the note and glanced at its contents:

"Thanks for helping with Fluffy. Dumbledore has taken care of it."

The pouch was made from Transfigured Lizard Skin, which was quite rare. Whatever you put inside, only the owner could take it out.

Is this the special reward?

Not bad!

It could be used to hold some valuable items.

Albert stuffed the pouch into his pocket and gave the three of them a look, signaling them to quiet down and continue eating. He would explain this matter later when they were back in the dormitory.
