The Mutant Emperor: City of Caledonia

They reached RMS's capital Caledonia. How they get to in, remains a mystery amongst the most. Apparently former Brittonia serviceman Nakajo Tomotaki is a sorcerer now, or more accurately, he knew how to get them inside the realm without causing disruption, Caledonia remains a major secret.

Nevertheless, they are too busy exploring the city, flooding with Mutants, doing to their basic jobs. There's nothing distinctive between Caledonian and Akagi's crew, easily slipped into the crowd, however the Technological age is largely vague.

"I still can't believe it there is a whole new fucking city of Mutants, beside TYZ."

Juzou declared, stunned like the rest of his crew. Except Akagi and Tomotaki whom interjected with facts.

"Caledonia is not under Tokyo. A very few knew about this place, even fewer able to find enter through the 'Gate'."

While Mikoto asked the obvious. Akagi sternly response, determinedly heading towards what he planned to do for a long time.

"To seize the power. Or rather to retake my throne from the usurper!"

"What the!? Do you even know Eliza or the Red Dragon, the woman with white-golden hair, the strongest renowned Mutant is currently sitting on the Throne?"

"Yes. I know who she is. Who she was before my tragic fate? She's not that famous than she pretends to be."

Akagi claimed mildly, showing no sign of fear, whatsoever.

"She's more of a manipulative variety, stay in the shadows and see each piece move. Nevertheless, I be the one kick her out, anyway donned this robe, better to be blend in with the crowd."

It was insane just to think—everyone thought that, not because they don't trust or unwilling to believe Akagi's claim they discontent about the consequences of their actions if he fails. RMS is undoubtedly the most prominent, wealthy well-organised, organisation served as secret society for the most powerful and elite Mutants across the world. Technology beyond human understanding, complex web of intrigue networks interconnected with each other. The Sacred city Caledonia itself contained several large streets all very similar one another and many small streets still more like one another, inhabited by people equally like one another who all went in out at the same hours with the same sound to do the same work and for whom every year the counterpart of the last and the next.

The City of Caledonia expanse is concealed to the pocket-dimensional City, with only a few gates to let people (Only Mutants) in if only they convert into Trinihism and pledge oath to keep their society a secret through. Caledonia became its capital for the Mutants Emperor rules the Mutants race for centuries. The concept of the Royal Mutants Society expands tremendous speed as the centuries passed as they grow, it became more complex, more diverse, they established new rules, codes, systematically evolved.

And their prominent sign was their biomass made throne known as The Maha Throne, made of the sacrificial tomb of the first generation who created the RMS.

After newly formed first generation reasserted their presence in the Japanese territories in 1900s a.c.b, they established a kingdom of Caledonia along side with Tokyo City. The capital, and served as the base of operations throughout the world, because during time passed Royal Mutants Society expands throughout different regions of the world.

They were first mission was to expands their race by breeding more as they shattered throughout the world hiding producing more Mutants and contain vast amounts of knowledge about humans and themselves and by doing it another centuries passed, later the Mutants numbers increased extremely.

Eliza called back the members for the sudden attack, but centuries already passed the Mutants divided many factions due to the ideology differences, only 20% loyal to the crown, the other decided to live their lives peaceful with their families.

Moreover only 20% Royalist arrived, also with a different conclusion, and demanded the fair share of powers between the Royal Society.

The Queen was furious rejected all and declared war to seize power however they did not accomplished anything except hundreds of people and government soldiers, the main reason for their lost at the First MH War Because Eliza reigned with fear and dominance upon her followers therefore frequent mutiny and betrayal destroy her army, Eliza's army suffered many defeats due to disorganized and deserting armies between battles.

The Royalists had enough and overthrow Eliza by using human organisation, Eliza has no ability on humans with her deposed, soon Brittonia overthrow the Japanese government and taking over the country and begin of the civil war between Humans and Mutants, the Royal Mutant Society remains a major secret Organisation because many members joined in.

During 24 years, after the Queen was overthrown, immediately followed the Mutant Royal Empire went through one of its darkest periods, it was pure and total chaos with multiple Emperors taking control and getting killed by various reasons.

The following part very few knew about this, except Akagi Shinsuke, because of these facts he decided to rebel against RMS's, the fact was—

During the great time of turmoil and depression Akashi Shinsuke(Akagi's father, the real Redtron) joined the Royal Society by the name of Redtron and by the help of his second in command Victor X, he quickly influenced then murdered all remaining Royalists who supported the current Emperor including those who were loyal to them, Redtron quickly crowned as the 'Real' 18th Mutant Emperor, the minor members accepted Redtron as a new Emperor hence they tired watching the Lords of Valhallal's bureaucracy and incompetents against Brittonia's immense amounts of cruelty upon Mutants, as Emperor Akashi improved the society and had many loyal followers including kid Tomita and had father, during his reign Akashi established some rules one of which the creation of the 'Archpriest', the Protector of the Throne.

In the year follows, Akashi declared war on Brittonia Empire and brutally fighting against the with terror, he achieved many successes and hope he can overthrow the Empire forever. However one day Victor X stole the Sceptre and hidden it far away since the inhuman monster Archpriest only controlled by the Platinum Sceptre, Victor X betrayed Redtron, The main reason for Victor X betrayal because Akashi promised to give Victor X the Throne once the war is over, but Akashi turned, later decided his son, Akagi have the throne. A strict rule created by the Royal society, by which the Emperor should passed the title from one individual to another once they are not eligible to control the empire, not accepting it Victor X created a mutiny during the war, dethroned Akashi, subsequently Victor launched hunt down Akashi and his son. After 9 years later prior to the event, Akagi now understand, not only his father (Akashi Shinsuke) inject his part of his part of Darkfallen sample strain into Akagi's body to cure his cancer, he did it so he obtained mutant prowess in order to protect himself and his family, he failed nonetheless.

After Akashi's abdication, Victor X crown himself as the fake 18th Mutant Emperor, since he didn't have the Sceptre, so he appointed young Katsuo Ogomi (Green Hikaru user, the former leader of the Helecters) and his older brother to protect the Throne at all costs. At the same time, exterminate the cult, Cult of The Red One, Tomita Mitsumasa and his family's old cult who worshipped mutant with the Red Hikaru Eye. Victor hunted them down every each of one, persecuted several other cults, enforced with his own law of religion about the right way of life followed basic way of life guided by the messager is an Mutanic, Trinihism religion teaching that there is only one God, the Aether created and worshipped by the Elainaos, the mention of Dark elves from outer space?, and the Ydarar Sothamnos is the messenger of Aether, also a dark Elf descended to earth to deliver a crystallize stone of the Fallen God's frozen blood, buried the Aether's blood deep into heart of the Earth.

Among the Royalist there are Mutant Inquisitors would arrive in a once in few years and announce their presence, giving the other Royalist a chance to admit to heresy. Those who confessed received a punishment ranging from a pilgrimage to a whipping. Those accused of heresy were forced to testify. If the heretic did not confess, cruel torture and execution were inescapable. Heretics weren't allowed to face accusers, received no counsel, and were often victims of false accusations.

At first Victor X appeared to be generous, ambitious and wise, beginning his reign as peaceful and prosperous. Victor was loved and respected by both lords and commoners.

He later became spiteful of the power of others, especially that of his archenemy The Supreme One of the Brittonia Empire, Byron Kyousuke, who had once been one of his dangerous enemy. He eventually grew paranoid of his own members and the Lords of Valhallal. During Second the MH War, Victor X many battles, lose my regions against Byron's Counter Rebellious Unit his reign soon begun to crumble.

This was the beginning of Victor X's madness. He executed all those who were involved in the rebellion; the worst punishment was given to Imperial Governor Togo which he held captive, first skinned him alive and then immerse his skinless body into tub of hot boiling oil. Commonly remembered as "the Mad Mutant", his reign became increasingly erratic and murderous.

As the war progress and Victor X had all the power, it didn't end well because The Victor X wasn't the best military strategist and he did even know how to rule his realm.

Soon he became busy fucking his 'royal Harem', if not raping all sorts of kidnapped women wasn't enough, completely forgot about the War. Brittonia's counter rebellions division crushing his forces, Victor X began paranoid and execute any who disagree with him, and Redtron before that he reigned with terror became the Mad Mutant executed, killed, experimented, raped many civilians of all kinds. The rebellion destroyed the royalist armies in several major engagements, cutting his army short.

Colonel Daviosuki Bishop and his army went undercover as a Mercenary group from Chinese Confederacy here to fight against Brittonia under the false pretences.

Victor took the Bishop's army inside the Mutant's Royal Palace Bishop proceeded to brutally sack every remaining Royalists inside. During the utter chaos Bishop killed his Counseloiar, before stabbing Victor in the back, who tried to flee, and then cutting his throat, ending his reign and thwarting his insane plot, however the Bishop's whole crew tragically died for the ordeal, only two who left alive returned to real world with Bishop's Lancaster, none believed to their stories, fortunately the location of Caledonia remains within RMS's confidentiality.

Victor reign finally over with Brittonia Colonel Bishop's assassination the Mad Mutant and put an end to the war before Byron arranged a devastating assault on the city of southern TYZ's Sector, above Caledonia and its inhabitants by the Imperial army. It effectively ended the Second MH War and the rule of 18th Mutant Emperor. It still debateable about the sacked entire region of RMS's and the treasonous citizens who took their side, pure butchery. Babies, children, old men. More women raped than men can count, nevertheless those facts never record into history books, only Imperium of Brittonia written the history.

After decades of bloodshed, cruelty and disorder, Mutants Royal Society still waits for the real Emperor to rule.
