Hatteki knew he's not going to catch that plane which already left the Airfield, his best bet is to get the car that driving away from him, if he was in TYZ, he'd easily accomplished that whatever task he assigned to, he is an extremely skilled strategic genius after all, could apply this skill to several objectives, able to create strategies and plans several steps ahead of the opponent. However, since he's on a foreign soil, under a foreign government which technically doesn't like Brittonia or their elite units nor they like Mutants hence he must work delicately.

"Fucking bastards won't get away this time!" Hatteki snarled, implementing a strategy,

He accelerates the car to its limits, racing towards it.

Once Hatteki approach near the Anarchist leader's car, his subordinate started shooting at Hatteki's car,

*Bang! Bang! Bang! *

Big calibre bullets pierced through car's window,

Despite the shooting Hatteki won't stop since a normal bullet won't hurt a Mutant,

When Hatteki reached Anarchist's car level, he rammed the car with brute force, rammed even more and more, trying to misbalance it, and when it does Hatteki jumped out from his car eventually and grappled Anarchist Car's backside by his fully developed Noryoku Tendrils,

"He grabbed on the back!" the Anarchist henchman claimed, anxiously,

"Get him off, you idiot!" Leader scolded him with anger,

Once firmly gripped, Hatteki activate his claws on the other hand, and stab those on the road, scratching it all the way as the concrete runway tears out between collision between metal and the runway.

When the car at its full speed Hatteki kept dragging his claws into the road until he single-handedly stopped the car from going any further,

However, Anarchist and car doesn't want to get caught hence they accelerate more and more despite Hatteki holding the car from going,

The ties begin a dense white smoke producing from the friction,

"Let us, you fucking foreigner!" one henchman snarled in frustration, firing couple of shots,

"Want to go Huh?" Hatteki wryly said, frowning, "Here you go, assholes!"

Before releasing from Hatteki's grasp, he cunningly cuts one tire from the car,

As Hatteki predicted the car goes straight uncontrollably, twisting it around for tire burst then ultimately crashed into Airport's bollard.

Hatteki walked near the crushed car, pulled the leader out from the car with one wiggle.

The Anarchist leader crawled since the crash injured him severely two of his subordinates who were in front died instantly.

"What's inside of the cargo which your people had delivered?" Hatteki questioned steadily, walking closer to the leader.

"I am asking you what inside of that Cargo!" for not hearing from the Anarchist leader Hatteki kicked him into his head!

"Ahhh!!" The leader groaned, Hungarian= (I don't know what the fuck are you saying?)

Hatteki realised he's wearing a translator earpiece thus he understands Hungarian however, the leader does not one,

Hatteki plugged one of his translator earpieces into the leader,

"I say it again" Hatteki questioned again "What's inside of the cargo, what relic you deliver into TYZ and by whose order?",

"He he hehe he!!! The cargo!?" the leader vaguely laughed at once after Hatteki question, "You don't know what game the world is playing, with the return of my lord, you think I'm going to tell a freak like you!?"

Hatteki scowled by the Anarchist Leader's denial, kicked Leader's fractured leg and starts squashing it

"Aragghh!!!! Ahhhahhgg!! Stop, stop Araghh!!!"

The leader screamed in agony as Hatteki felt his broken bone got even more broken,

"I don't have time for jests" Hatteki said mercilessly, still squashing his leg around, "Spill it all out or I crush your legs forever"

"Please, tell you, fuck, I'll tell you!" Leader begged Hatteki to stop, keep pressing his leg onto him,

With Leader agreed to confess, Hatteki let go of his leg "Speak then."

"The Emperor commands us to returned to his stuff back to TYZ, at last..." the leader sighed in relief; however, it doesn't make any sense to Hatteki,

"Emperor? Whose Emperor are you referring?" Hatteki asked in confusion,

"The Emperor, yours and mine!" the leader scorned by Hatteki's question "The Mutant Emperor has returned to the Throne! Thus, I did what he commanded",

Hatteki's eyes widened in shock and disbelief thus he thought anxiously about the shocking matter "What, it doesn't make any sense! Why a Hungarian Anarchist Group obeyed a mythical figure like Mutant Emperor, though many Mutants claims that they are the one but those all rumours."

"What cargo did your people delivered into TYZ?" Hatteki inquired sternly,

The leader answered slowly, showing a bit of happiness "The Platinum Sceptre and few ingredients which Emperor will use to revive the Crusade which Mutants lost over the last war!"

"What ingredient? You are just Hungarian Anarchist, supporting the revolution to opposed A.N.A organisation" Hatteki interrogates the leader "Then how did you knew about Mutants and their system in TYZ"

"Hahaha!"

The leader vaguely laughed again.

"You don't understand, this is my reward, I was on a mission and I finally completed by delivering what they owned."

"What did they own? What ingredient did you delivered!?" Hatteki questioned rashly however no farther response, the leader collapse and died due to the blood loss,

"Tck!" Hatteki clicked his tongue, dissatisfied to answer he got,

With leader and his subordinates are dead, Hatteki forced to return to his team,

"Well you two seem dealt with the situation before I get back!"

Once Hatteki return, he saw his subordinates, Tereko and Nobeshiba already slaughtered the remaining Anarchist and Hungarian Police Force who knew about Code Phoenix member involved with the case.

"They called me a Brittonia's experimental freak, of course I killed those"

With 9 dead bodies lying Nobeshiba darkly muttered, pulled his Noryoku out from the tenth policeman's back while Tereko stood still, doesn't partake in the massacre,

"Although. Did you find out about Anarchist motivation, he's going come any time soon."

Right afterwards, a Black shiny car arrived at the screen, then Brittonia European Ambassador get out, with a sense of euphoria, when he saw what the Code Phoenix Cold-heartedly butchered every moving body and calmly response while standing in horrified scene

"You three back to TYZ, it would seem Code Phoenix has accomplished their task."

"Not angry that Thousand Sun's succeed in delivering a cargo to TYZ? Ambassador?"

Nobeshiba asked.

"No, I am not,"

The Brittonian Ambassador, name Kishou Akatsuki, lift his circular framed glasses,

"It's the Imperium intelligence and central government to deal with this now, I'm more concern about there is still radical ideas floating around the Hungarian Police Force, that create a problem over my working field."

As everybody in this brutal world, Ambassador Kishou, a tall man with short, dark messy hair that has the thin bangs shatter over his forehead, is another selfish and cynical man, only concern about himself, regardless a pale brown double-breasted coat which is buttoned to the left, covering a tab collared shirt with a kobicha brown tie, which he wears to portrayed like a gentleman.

"Well, I searched Anarchist leader's car!" Hatteki casually informed, as if it's not that important,

"And?"

Hatteki sighed and replied,

"There were over seat, purchased receipts for 1.6 tons of ammunition and weapons which were delivered in crates to TYZ."

Everyone's eyes widened when Hatteki's statement, although he partly said he'd found, he intentionally skips about what Anarchist leader said,

After a minute of silence, Kishou response, rubbing his head in distress,

"Like I said, it not my problem anymore and moreover I have to think of the story about the whole mess that you Mutants, still I don't how Brittonia govern themselves!"

Indeed it is same question that Code Phoenix member did not knew about What's political ideology which Brittonia have, some say they are complex fascist, and that statement can partly true, they government is a form of far-right, authoritarian ultra nationalism, characterized by dictatorial power, forcible suppression of opposition, and strong regimentation of society and of the economy, however they are also under the banner of a Empire, since they tend to follow the ideology of extending their rule over foreign nations, by help of their vast military force or gaining political and economic control of an area, whatever their system of ruling is, it's clearly working for 25 years, Brittonia believe that liberal democracy is obsolete and regard the complete mobilization of society under a totalitarian one-party state as necessary to prepare a nation for armed conflict and to respond effectively to economic difficulties.

Later Kihou send Phoenix's members back to TYZ over the same night, while he covered up the atrocity they committed, for staying long in Budapest, Kihou gained enough power to control over Hungarian Government, since the officials tend to be more corruptible than the citizens of TYZ.
