THE MYSTERIOUS STICK

Hi! I'm Astona, I'm an archaeologist, I live alone as my parents died when I was 5 years old by a car accident.

My godfather took care of me these many years but a year ago he choose to live the earth, he was an archaeologist too. When I was 10 years old my godfather used to take me along with for the research and now I became archaeologist .

After my godfather's death I started living alone doing my research and I went to Mt.Hanovo in Lamiph city. I was searching hard to discover something new, facing a hard time as I'm going to the peak of the mountain, I was breathing so hard and the air here is very less, because of the hot summer the sun is shining very bright. After sitting for a while I heard some sound and started going to find what it is. As I got closer to it the sound was very clear it's the sound of the water which is falling in lake.

I was so thirsty so went to drink some water and when I'm coming back after drinking some water I found a cave and started going inside, after walking for sometime I found a box which is made of marble with mysterious symbols craved on it. It's a beautiful box but it is mysterious and it's so big.

I came out of the cave with the box. 'Ah! it's so heavy!' I shouted and for a second I thought to leave the box there but it's an interesting thing, it attracted me a lot, after a hard struggle with the box I can to my car and put the box inside car.

It's a hard day after reaching home, I took a nice bath to revive from the stress, and after that I had my dinner and started examining the box , as I opened it I saw a big beautiful stick with some symbols on it, and the upper part of the stick is like drop of the water in which a beautiful dark blue drop shaped stoned is fixed. And I found a book in the box, I want to read it but the language is ancient language ,I can't read it.

leaving the stick in the bedroom I came to the living room ,I placed the book on the table to call my friend Aniv.He have a nice grip on the ancient languages, I called him to know what that book says.

I'm waiting for him in the living room seeing the signs on the book. Suddenly the power supply is off and I heard a singing voice .It's a beautiful angelic voice coming from my bedroom. I'm scared to see what it is but have check what is it.

As I was about to enter the room the voice has stop and I felt that someone holding my wrist, 'Ahh! leave me' I shouted as I'm scared I cried too. But it's my friend Aniv. Finally he arrived and the rain started . I hugged him tightly because of a thunder. I refused to let go ,cause I was so scared, he patted my shoulder saying 'its alright Astona, I'm here' . I moved from him as power is on.

I was lost in my thoughts as I was thinking about the voice, he asked me where is the book, coming into reality I take him to the living room and showed him the book, as I lost again thinking about his facial features and I hugged him, he started reading the book so deeply.
