"Hey isn't that the elder from the west family?"

"Yep, I heard that current head is badly injured. I don't think anyone is going to be able to grab this pill from them."

Just as the audience had guessed, no one tried to bid for the pill. It wasn't that people didn't want it, but rather they didn't think it was worth offending the west family for it.

This also made Eric think up a couple of rules that he needed to put in place before the next auction.

As the auction ended after selling 10 high-ranked pills, the auctioneer made an announcement. "From now on, an auction will take place here every month, but unlike today, it will be by invitation only."

Everyone knew that this was to go against the Snow Sect. The powerful families would now also buy things from the store instead of only from the Snow Sect. The lower-stage cultivators would also buy them from the store in hopes of getting an invitation. The invitation itself might not be useful to them, but they can always give it to higher-ranked cultivators to be favored or sell the invitations.

After everyone left, Eric decided to create more of the creations. It would be dumb not to since he has a lot of money but not enough to upgrade anything that he needs.
