Short Vacation With You

"Oh my god, Ren, this is so beautiful!" exclaimed Lily happily at the hotel balcony. The resort that Ren has booked, was beautiful and their room was spacious with a beach view at the front.

"Like it?" asked Ren as he stand next to her looking at Lily and tucked a strand of her hair behind her ear. *beautiful* thought Ren. Before this, whenever Ren being like this, Lily will be startled. But nowadays, because Ren has been doing like this so often, everything feels normal.

"Yes, love it." emphasized Lily with a smile. "Unpack your bag and change your clothes, we're taking a stroll at the beach~" said Ren as he walked inside. Then, one thing that made Lily surprised is that for sure their hotel room is spacious, but they only have one bed. Lily starts to panic.

*we're gonna sleep together in one bed?! And how am I gonna change my clothes?!* thought Lily. Then, she went inside and called Ren.

"Ren?" called Lily. "Yes?" said Ren as he looked up towards Lily.

"Errr… we only have one queen bed…. So…." Said Lily can't finish her lines. Ren who was unpacking his clothes, let out his playful smirk and sit on the bed looking at Lily. "Why? Don't want share the bed with me?" asked Ren.

"N-no. That's not what I mean! It's just… we haven't married yet so I don't think it's proper to share the bed…" said Lily loud enough for Ren to hear. Ren let out a small chuckle.

"Don't worry, I can sleep on the sofa there… you can take the bed~" said Ren. "Now hurry, we need to go to the beach before sunset~" said Ren as he entered the bathroom to change his clothes. "Okay that's better~" muttered Lily as she let out a sigh of relief.

Once they've changed their clothes, both of them took a stroll at the beach walking side by side. Lily looked so beautiful in that white long dress as she let down her long wavy hair and put on a hat as an accessories. "So… where are you taking me?" asked Lily while as she walked while kicking the sand lightly with her feet. "There's something fun I wanna show you…" Answered Ren. "Come on," said Ren when suddenly he took her hands and dragged her somewhere.

A few minutes later, both of them were at a pier and Lily noticed there's a boat in front of her. "You know how to drive a boat?" asked Lily and Ren shook his head with a smile.

"No silly," said Ren as he flicked her forehead with his finger lightly. "Oww" said Lily while rubbing her forehead. "I'm taking you for a parasailing." Said Ren and that really surprised Lily because she's an acrophobic.

"W-what?! Parasailing?!" asked Lily and Ren nodded. "No no no no im sorry Ren… I can't." said Lily. "And why is that?" asked Ren in curious. "I'm afraid of heights so…. No… I can't go for a parasailing…" answered Lily and she sounds like she's about to cry. "Don't worry, I promise you're gonna like it." said Ren as he took her hands and brought her to the boat.

"Rennnnn" whined Lily trying to pry her hands away from Ren but his grip was too strong. As soon as they got on the man starts to drives the boat away along the beach. Meanwhile, while Lily was sitting not too far from Ren, did not say a word as she was too afraid for a parasailing. Ren who was busying preparing the gears for parasailing, went near her and trying to assure her that it will be fine.

"Lily, remember how you're afraid to ride Daisy?" asked Ren and Lily nodded. "I told you I won't let you fall… so same goes for this… I'll be up there with you… I won't let you fall." Said Ren. "I promise, you will enjoy it." added Ren. "But… Ren… Daisy and parasailing is two different thing… this one," said Lily while pointing towards the parasailing that the man currently preparing for them. "We'll be up in the sky. And what if we fall in the sea? I can't swim!" added Lily.

"We're wearing a life jacket. We'll float. Plus, I know how to swim and the first person I would save is you." Answered Ren. "But still… Ren…." whined Lily. "Come on, no buts~" said Ren as he took the gears and put it on Lily who was pouting, sulking at him for forcing her to ride the parasailing.

"Ren kept on chuckling at her behaviour. "You do realized you looked even cuter when you pouted, right?" asked Ren and captured a photo of her. "Ren!" shouted Lily. "Don't worry, you look cute~" said Ren. "Come on, one more photo of us together." Said Ren as he brought Lily near her him and put his arms on her shoulder. "Cheese!" said Ren happily trying to ease her nervousness. And it went well. Lily starts to smile when Ren starts making jokes and captured her photos.

A few minutes later, once the boat driver told them that they have done the parasailing for them, Ren took her hands and brought her to the end of the boat.

"I have no choice, do i?" asked Lily and Ren just smiled.

"It'll be fun, I promise." Said Ren.

Once they're ready, Lily was standing in front of him while Ren was standing at her back.

"We're ready!" shouted Ren. "Hold the harness tightly, alright?" said Ren loud enough for Lily to hear and Lily nodded.

"Okay, have fun!" shouted the driver.

Before they started to fly away from the boat, Lily was holding on the harness tightly while Ren hold the harness through her hands. As he promised, he would never let her fall. Lily felt safe. Bit by bit, the parachute starts to fly away from the boat making Lily screamed feeling scared.

"Oh my god, Ren!" shouted Lily making Ren laugh. "Relax Lily~" said Ren. "Close your eyes if you're afraid~" added Ren and Lily did as what he told. A few seconds later, before she realized, they were already up in the sky. Ren who knows that Lily still closed her eyes, noticed that the view right now was beautiful and it would be such a waste if she couldn't watch the sunset.

"Lily, open your eyes now~" said Ren. "You're gonna love it." added Ren. Then, Lily slowly open her eyes and at first, she was kinds scared before both she and Ren were hanging in the air. "Don't look down, look to your front." Said Reb noticed that she was trembling a bit.

Just like what Ren said, Lily starts to look at the front. What she saw was an amazing view of the sea with birds flying. What makes the view even more beautiful was the orange sky as the sun is setting down. She was awed by it.

"Amazing, right?" asked Ren and Lily nodded. "Yes. Wish I could bring a camera and captured a photo of the sunset~" pouted Lily. "Do you always go for a parasailing?" asked Lily. "Sometimes, when I'm on a vacation… when im stressed, going for a parasailing really ease my mind~" answered Ren.

"I've never been to a parasailing before… because I'm an acrophobia and im not good with heights… I was really afraid." Said Lily "thanks Ren, for being here with me and let me try things that I don't even wanna try before~" said Lily with a chuckle. A few minutes later, bit by bit, their parachute had went down and finally they have landed on the boat.

"Come on, there's a thing that I wanna show you too." Said Ren as he took her at the end of the boat. "Come here," said Ren as he took her hands and brought her standing in front of him.

"What's wrong?" asked Lily in curious. Then, she noticed that Ren was standing closely behind her and she was trapped between his arms. "Is there anything that you're not satisfied with nowadays?" asked Ren suddenly. "I don't know~" answered Lily. "You know, if there is someone you hate or things that you feel stressed about…" said Ren. "You can shout here and no one will know except us." Said Ren.

"Really? Us? What about the driver?" asked Lily as she raised her eyebrows looking at Ren.

"Let's just pretend he's not here, alright?" said Ren.

"Then… I do have someone…. But, can I really shout here? I mean… that is so not ladylike~" said Lily and Ren laughed at her statement. "No worries, mother isn't here~" said Ren. Then, Lily looked to her front and starts to shout.

"LADY SOFIA JAZMIN I HATE YOU!" shouted Lily.

"STOP PRETENDING TO BE NICE!" she shouted again.

Then, Ren started to join her too.

"I'LL BE THE KING! BECAUSE I AM THE KING!" Shouted Ren.

"GET LOST SIR LUIS!" shouted Ren and that made both of them laughed non-stop. Lily has never heard Ren cussed but today, he just did.

"Im sure, you'll be the King, Ren." said Lily as her long hair was dancing though the sea breeze. Ren who saw it, tucked her hair behind her ears with a smile.

"Then, will you promise me you'll stay by my side?" asked Ren and without hesitation, Lily nodded.

Bit by bit, without both of them noticed, both of their faces are getting closer together. As their lips brushed against each other, they kissed. For the first time ever, they kissed. The kiss was soft and sweet.
