Final: That Drawing of Yours

A few months later, the case regarding Sir Luis are all over Kingdom Of Stella as he was found guilty in bribing, tax evasion, kidnapping and he was also has been exposed as the mastermind and a the murderer of the previous King and Miss Rose, Prince Lucas girlfriend . The whole country are throwing hates on him and his family and due to his crimes. Therefore, the royal court has decided to remove him as one of the ministers and sentenced him to a lifetime jail as he gave a bad reputation towards their country and him and his family are banned to leave the country.

As for Lily, today was her exhibition for her final year project before she could graduate. While she was in her chamber getting ready to go the exhibition hall, someone knocked the door. It was Ren dressing up in his royal suits as he have meeting in a few minutes later.

"I thought you have a meeting later~" said Lily with a smile as she went back to take a sit on her vanity putting on her earrings. Ren watched her and literally smiles seeing how beautiful his fiancée is today.

"Just thought of visiting you before I go to the meeting~" said Ren as he gave her a back hug and looking at her through the vanity mirror making Lily smiled. How glad both of them feels that Sir Luis finally got what he deserves. "I'll be coming late, alright?" said Ren as he kissed her head gently. Her hair smells like vanilla and strawberry and he loves it.

Lily nodded. "No worries, I'll wait for you." Said Lily and give him a peck of kiss on his left cheeks. Then, someone knocked the door and it was Augustin calling for Ren to go for a meeting.

"See you later~" said Ren as he kissed her head again before he left the room.

A few hours later, Lily has reached the exhibition hall and she just got done with her final presentation. After a sigh of relief, Amelia went towards and she too, was glad that their final year project has finally over. "You know, I'm gonna miss the days we spend most of our time painting at the studio together." Said Amelia.

"Me too. But I don't know what future ahead are waiting for me… I'm quite worried." Said Lily suddenly. "ummm hello my dear best friend, you're our future queen. It's been written for you… there's no need to worry about that, alright?" said Amelia and Lily gave her dry smiles.

"Yeah, right." Said Lily as she caressed her painting gently. It was a painting of a King standing on a throne with a Queen next to him. She's been sketching and painting that drawing over and over, presenting her concept, and many more before her final exhibition. But she knows, it's worth it. *but I'm not ready* thought Lily. while she was waiting for Ren and Lucas to arrive, there are a few reporters came towards her and interview her regarding on her painting, and how she's been doing lately after what she's been through a few months ago.

After being bombarded with lots of questions, Lily was panicked not knowing which one to answer when suddenly someone hold her shoulders from behind making Lily startled. She turned to her left, it was Ren smiling sweetly as he brought her near him getting ready to answer the question with her.

"Y-yes, I've been doing great recently." Answered Lily with a smile. With Ren's presence standing next to her, really calmed her down. "Your Highness, how do you feel about today's exhibition?" asked one of the reporters towards Ren this time. "well, this is my first student painting exhibition and I have yet to see the paintings as I straight away come here to meet my fiancée~" said Ren as he hold her shoulders.

"Well now excuse me, we have a painting tour to do. Thank you." Said Ren as he ended the interview for both of them. With that, his bodyguard was making a way for both of them and they smiled. Lily bowed her head slightly towards the media to show some respect for them saying her thank you.

"Give me a tour." Said Ren and Lily nodded. "No problem." Said Lily as she took his hands and interlaced with his as they walk along the aisle together. "Oh, this is Amelia's painting." Said Lily while pointing towards the painting.

"It's a story of her." Explained Lily. "She told me that girl was trying to reach the stars it's like her, trying to reach her goals." Added Lily. "What are her goals?" asked Ren. "well, a lot. But one thing I remember is that she's been looking for the love of her life too." Answered Lily and Ren nodded. "Hoping that she could found one soon." Said Ren.

Both of them walked towards three more painting and finally it reached Lily's drawing.

"This white heart of mine, I will draw our moments and keep it forever." Says the title of her painting.

It was the drawing that Ren saw a glimpse the other day but Lily quickly hides it from him. "Would you like to tell me the story behind your painting?" asked Ren as he looked at the painting and smiled towards Lily.

"Well, it's a story about a King and a Queen. It's easy." Said Lily.

"The drawing was inside a white heart shaped… and why is that?" asked Ren.

"It's a story about a King standing on a throne. After so many obstacles and hardship that he has to go, finally he's able to stand on the throne. As for the Queen, every achievement that the King made, there will always be someone standing next to him. She's the one who gave him the courage, the one who's always there for him no matter how hard it was. She was there all the time." Explained Lily.

"The painting is us, am I right?" asked Ren suddenly. Lily widened her eyes and blushed. "How do you know?" asked Lily as she crossed her arms making Ren chuckled and let out a deep sigh.

"What's with the sigh? Is it too boring?" asked Lily as she watched Ren was rummaging on his jacket pocket.

"What's wrong?" asked Lily.

Without any warning, Ren suddenly knelt to the ground with one knee and hold a box of ring in front of her.

"Oh my god, Ren-" said Lily in surprised as she covered her mouth. Without she realized, Lucas, Amelia and a few media was there too witnessing this moment.

"Lily Valentina, the girl I've been waiting for my whole life, the one I've been looking for, the one who's always with through my ups and down and support me whenever I'm feeling down and thought of giving up." said Ren as he remembered how Lily was always there for her especially when his father left him, how Sir Luis always try to bring him down. Lily has never left him no matter how hard it is.

"I love you and will you marry me?" asked Ren while holding a box of ring.

Lily who there, standing in front of him with her mouth close as tears pouring down her face. Without any hesitation, she took the ring,

"Yes, I will Ren." said Lily as she put the ring on her finger and proudly showed to everyone her finger with tears in her eyes. Everyone was cheering for them. well, the most excited one would be Amelia, Lucas and not to forget, Augustin. While she was doing that, Ren suddenly lift her up making her squealed.

"Thank you so much my love." said Ren as he looked deeply into her eyes and brought her down.

"No, thank you." Said Lily with a smile as she hugged him tightly. Then, Ren broke their hug and kissed her in front of the crowd.

"Congratulations Your Highness!" cheered the crowd.

"Congratulations Your Highness!" shouted one of the citizens, standing in the crowd while looking at both Lily and Ren standing at the big balcony waving to them. It's been a few weeks both of them have been announced as husband and wife and as for today, they have been announced at the new King and Queen Kingdom of Stella.

The citizens are very happy with their new King and Queen as they waved their country flag and congratulating both Ren and Lily.

"Long live, King Ren Nicholas Leornado, and long live, Queen Lily Valentina!" shouted the other citizen.

Once they are done with the ceremony, both of them are finally back to the palace. After they got off from the car, Ren took Lily's hand and brought here somewhere in the palace. "Where are you taking me?" asked Lily in curious. "I have something to show you…." Smiled Ren as she still holding his hands.

Both of them finally reached to this one room located at the end of the hallway. "Ready?" asked Ren suddenly as she hold the doorknob with her left hand. Ren nodded nervously not knowing what Ren was about to show her. Once Ren turned the doorknob, both of them entered the room and Lily was too surprised by it that she has to cover her mouth feeling amazed with what Ren has made for her.

"Surprise!" said Ren happily. It was a painting room made just for her. She saw a few white canvas, new paint, new brush, new drawing table, new wooden easel stand and a few drawings and painting that she made back during her study days.

"Oh my god Ren…" said Lily feeling so touched by what Ren had made for her.

"I request from mother to make a painting room for you… you can be here anytime you want." Said Ren. "Thank you so much… well then, you know where to find me later~" said Lily with a smile. "Oh, I got one more to show you." Said Ren. While holding hands, Ren brought Lily walked along the hallway till they've reached the big stairs located at the center of the palace. What surprised Lily the most was, the drawing that she made for her final year project was hanging at the center of the stairs but with bigger frame. So big that almost fit the big wall.

"That's-" said Lily and Ren cut her lines. "Yes, the one that you draw. It's us, right?" asked Ren and Lily nodded. "The drawing has its own story and I love it. So… I ask another painter to make one but bigger so that we could put here and show to everyone…" said Ren. "But don't worry, you can keep the original and yours is better." Said Ren making Lily chuckled. "Silly you, different people have different style of drawing and painting…." Said Lily. "But I like yours more." Said Ren making Lily blushed.

"Ren," called Lily.

"Yes, My love?" said Ren while looking at her attentively.

"Thank you so much for everything. Thank you for finding me and thank you for choosing me as your life partner." Said Lily and gave him a hug.

"No Lily, it was you who I should thank to." Said Ren. Then, he leaned in closer and gave her a kiss. "Thank you so much for always being there for me, and thank you for not running away when everything was a mess. You've been through a lot. From a normal ordinary girl, to someone who need to learn how to be a noble lady, you've got kidnapped twice but here you are, still standing in front of me." Said Ren.

"Thank you so much my love, I love you." Said Ren as he gave her kiss again.

With that, the white heart of Lily are no longer empty as it has been painted with colourful colours, drawing each of their moments that she will keep it forever.
