Chapter four: meeting the king

Heaven Alizah Dianne's pov:

My parents named them Damion and Derick. And we've been living together since then. "Sis" they called my attention. "Do you think mom and dad would ever come back?" They asked. "They will, they will come back sooner or later. They promised to do so and they will keep their promise" l assured them. They signed and closed their eyes. I know they are still thinking about them, and to be honest, I'm beginning to lose hope too. They have been gone for so long. That day my uncle from the spirit realm came to call father back, he said that their kingdom was under attack. My father is a prince of Octins kingdom but because he is half spirit and half demon, the imperial court and the people didn't accept him. But his father loved him deeply. So when my uncle came to ask for his help, he had to go. And my mother didn't want stay here without her mate, so she went with him. They promised that they will be back. But it's been forty years now, and they are still not back. I want to go to the spirit realm to find them but l can't leave the twins here and l can't take them along with me, it's too dangerous. I looked at my two devils, and saw them sleeping soundly. I kissed their foreheads and they smiled. I closed my eyes and drowned myself into the world of slumber.

I woke up and saw my brothers looking at me with a smile. I furrowed my forehead. "Why are you looking at me like that?". "Because you are amazing" they said. I chuckled, "get off me", they laughed. We did our morning routine and other day to day activities. And when it was time for me to go to work, we kissed each other goodbye. I feel like going for speed drive. So l rode my motorcycle. I rode with full speed. The ride to the hotel is a long ride. "Oh come on, l can go faster than this" my vampire Venice said. "Have you forgotten that we are hiding, if you show yourself people will get suspicious" my witch Irene said. " But they won't see the difference" my demon Adira said. Well, l am the center of five races after all, a combination of a witch, vampire, werewolf, demon, and spirit. "Of course they will, there is a difference between demon and vampire energy" my spirit Flora said. And with that the banter continues, my werewolf Delia is usually quiet. One of the reasons why l like her more, she purred at my thought. And my demon and Vampire scoffed. Sometimes l feel like l'm gonna go crazy, especially when all five of them are arguing. I took a turn and almost collided with a car because of my speed. The driver panicked and steered the car to the right, and hit a tree by the roadside . I quickly tilted right to prevent hitting the car. When l came to an halt. I was breathing heavily, although they won't get even a scratch from the accident, but demons don't like stuffs this. I am so in trouble. "Yeah you are" my witch Irene said. I quickly rushed to the car to apologize. Then a man probably in his mid 250s (by human appearance he will be probably in mid 30s) came out of the car. He looked like a wealthy demon lord. "I'm so sorry sir, l didn't mean for that to happen, l'm so sorry" l quickly apologized. I calmed down when l saw how calm he was about the situation. His forehead furrowed when he saw the damage. I looked at the damage too and my jaws dropped, the car is a handsome black luxury car. "I'll fix it" l quickly said. I gathered my energy and channelled it into the car's damage and in a few seconds the car was back to it's glorious form. The man looked at her with a look of satisfaction. "She fixed the damage cousin" the man said. Then the car's door opened, she quickly went over to apologize again. "Why can't we just get out of here now that we have fix the damage" my vampire Venice said. "No, we have to apologize properly" l said to her. "I'm so sorry sir, l was just..." I froze when l saw who it was. It was the king, king Eugene. I quickly kneel down to show my respect "your majesty, l'm sorry l didn't know it was you" l said.
