Prologue

(small town of Vistikaila, Botaloso,)

"Hey Amali can you grab the basket thread!" Zalari shouted from the market

"Ok I'll grab it" Amali shouted back Amali grabbed the thread he ran to the market some rocks stabbed his feet and it started to bleed he let her have the thread then zalari said "are you ok Amali?"

"yes I'm fine." Amali responded

"well still get it checked by devela" she said caringly

"fine" Amali responded he walked to the care shack in the market "hello Amali, what can I do for you?" devela asked,

"I cut my foot while running" Amali answered

"ok" devela said, she grabbed a sheet and wetted it with water, she rubbed the wound till clean, then she took a dry towel and rubbed it dry. After that she wrapped it with a bandage "come to me once every day for seven days, and don't walk on it" she said sternly

"Ok I will" he said, she handed him a walking stick and Amali walked off.

When Amali got back Zalari was weaving a basket for the shop and Halika walked over and looked at the basket she knelt and kissed Zalari on the forehead.

"love you Zalari" Halika said

"love you as well mother" Zalari responded

*clink, clink, clink* coins dropped in the bowl as Savan said "have a great day" Savan was the father of Zalari and Amali and the husband of Halika he worked a lot to survive but was happy.

Basiko was tying a pointed spearhead to a spear, and saying "buy a spear and hunt the woods with ease!" and as for pafala she was making braclets from Pearl beads.

Yava and Tsivi were organizing stuff in their baskets while their kids Jisibi, Ikaina, and Ko were trying to get customers. Then Jisibi said to them , after talking to a town official, "Guys, theres a boat a week away from here"

"No good, I heard that the island of Kaisiva was colonized and killed off" Savan said

"That's true" Basiko agreed

another clink hit the bowl, it was getting dark so Basiko, Tsivi, Savan and Ko packed up shop and moved toward the house, everyone had a mat to sleep on so they prayed "Ikivar, please guide us through sleep and Xavibar please protect us, amen" then they layed for sleep.
