Mila's POV
I was uncomfortable with Angel leaving me like that, to go to God knows where, so I decided to go over to the office even though I knew Angel wouldn't like it
"To the company," I told the driver
"Yes ma," he replied
Looking out of the window, I couldn't help but allow my mind to drift back to Armando's words
"The storm isn't over yet" were the words that flooded my mind
Even though Angel had said that Armando's words meant nothing, I couldn't help but feel concerned
"For goodness sake, Armando kidnapped me, So I had to be worried right?
"Did he mean he was going to come back for me?
"Was even safe anymore?" So many negative thoughts ran through my head, that I didn't know when we got to the office
"We are here ma," the driver said, instantly breaking out of my invading thoughts
"Thank you," I smiled back at him as I got down from the car
