Mila's POV

I sunk further into an ocean of misery and confusion after I heard him say those words to my sister. My heart twinged so hard in my chest and I couldn't help but allow the tears to flow freely from my eyes.

I didn't even know if I was doing the right thing by staying away from him, or if I was right about calling what we did that night on the beach a mistake, but all I knew was that my feelings had got me all up in a tight corner and it was the only reasonable option. For for was is to run
