''Daddy,'' Judy yelped happily when she saw Richard walk in. Richard was also delighted to see her, so he bent down to hug Judy.

''Did you miss daddy?'' Richard asked her.

''Mhmm,'' Judy replied, and nodded in a shy demeanor.

Michael was not part of the welcome committee that went to receive Richard. He took a seat in the living room and kept a cold stern. He deliberately did this so that he could speak up for his mother when the time came. If he fell into Richard's arms the way Judy was doing, Richard was going to be able to quiet him down when he wanted to bully Susan.

''You were bullying your sister, right?'' Richard asked his son.

''Yes. He called me names. He said that I am as slow as a tortoise and that I cannot catch him. He also said that I eat too much, like a pig. He called me a pig,'' Judy reported to her dad.

''Michael, no more bullying your sister, okay? Don't do it again,'' Richard told his son sternly.
